Chris Brown’s album F.A.M.E. has been certified gold in just three weeks. Considering everything that has happened, plus looking at Graffiti sales number, I will say that’s pretty good.  Chris Brown has been busy in the studio working on a collaboration with M.I.A. and according to Rap-Up, he’s kicked off his F.A.M.E. tour in Australia. Breezy rose from under the stage to rousing applause as he kicked things off with “Say It With Me,” a cut off his gold-certified album. The hits kept coming as he delved into “I Can Transform Ya” and “Wall to Wall.”

Chris Brown can add another gold plaque to his collection. The 21-year-old’s latest album ‘F.A.M.E.’ has been certified gold, just three weeks after its release. Powered by a bevy of hits including the Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes-assisted ‘Look at Me Now’ and the dance track ‘Yeah 3X,’ Brown’s fourth album is well on its way to platinum status.

Despite a small amount of negative press while promoting the release, ‘F.A.M.E.’ still debuted atop the Billboard charts selling over 270,000 copies in its first week.

With a trio of No. 1 singles under his belt, Brown is prepping to release the fourth single off the album: ‘She Ain’t You.’ The mid-tempo track was the most added song on Urban Mainstream and the Top Five Greatest Gainer in the same format. {via The Boom Box}
