There will be no champagne for Vivica A Fox, the actress will remain sober until arraignment in September or risk paying bail if the judges orders are violated. Fox was apprehended earlier this year in March, after she was allegedly caught driving under the influence of alcohol –DUI. In L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday, August 8, a judge prevented Fox from drinking alcohol until her next court date.
“She can be around it [alcohol] because of the nature of her work but she cannot consume or possess it. I am not permitting her to consume alcohol,” orders the Judge. If convicted, Fox faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
