In case you missed it, Halle Berry is returning to the small screen to test out her success in TV land, once again. She hasn’t been on a starring TV role since Knots Landing, back in 1991! Today, MSN Entertainment News shared that a former star from NBC‘s ER will be appearing as her on-screen husband. Can you guess who it is?
This actor will play John Watts, the husband to Berry‘s Molly Watts, a female astronaut returning home after spending a year in space. And it probably isn’t who you’re thinking. See who it is, after the jump…
Things like this remind me of how hard it must be to have some sense of normalcy while being a celebrity. Especially when there’s children involved. Halle Berry has never been a fan of the paparazzi since day one, but I can’t really say I know too many who like them. Yes, a photo op here and there is alright but to know you can’t even run outside to get the mail without someone trying to scale the wall to take a picture of you without makeup…as Gucci Mane would said “scressful”!! TMZ caught footage of Halle Berry, her fiance Olivier Martinez and Halle‘s daughter Nahla leaving LAX in a sea of photo hungry paparazzi.
Halle always attempts to keep them as far as away from her daughter as possible and some paparazzi get too close for her comfort, imprompting some shouting and shoving. Olivier then calmly puts Nahla in their vehicle but comes out swinging, prompting Halle to hold him back. Check out the video below:
While most of you were preparing for Superbowl 47 weekend, many celebs flocked to Los Angeles for the 44th NAACP Image Awards, hosted by Steve Harvey at the Shrine Auditorium. Celebrity guests and honorees included, Halle Berry, Kerry Washington, Elise Neal, and Tatyana Ali.
The NAACP Image Awards was definitely a family friendly event, with child stars KeKe Palmer and China Anne McCalin of Disney’s A.N.T. Farm on the red carpet. Kerry Washington attended with her parents Earl and Valerie Washington (pictured below); Jaime Foxx was accompanied by daughter, Corrine.
