Chris Brown was released early Monday morning from a Los Angeles County jail. He has been in jail since mid March because he was kicked out of rehab after breaking the rules. Brown went to rehab for a number of reasons relating to a bipolar disorder, anger management and substance abuse.
Chris Brown visited twitter after being released thanking God and stating that he is back to his music and fans. His girlfriend Karreuche also joined the social media celebration, posting a photo of she and Chris Brown on her Instagram, with a side by side comparison in photos of John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
Karrueche has also received some shade recently while Chris Brown was still in jail, being named one of VH1’s Nototious Side Chicks. Karreuche responded to the shade by suggesting that no one understands her, and that she is embarrassed. Although we do find it quite odd in Karreuche’s photos above that she compares their love to John Lennon. Lennon is known for leaving his wife for Yoko Ono, the other woman. It is always the thought that counts…
Check out Karreuche’s response to being called a notorious side-chick below:
It’s hard to defend a person who continues to do things that go against the changes they’ve said they’ve made. That’s how I feel about Chris Brown. While I feel he’s done his due diligence in the past by going to counseling, it seems that his continued anger issues are still a problem. After being arrested last month following an altercation, Chris Brown was ordered by the judge to check into a rehab program. People is reporting that Chris is now out of the facility and will continue treatment via an outpatient program.
“Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support,” the rep says.
Is the moon in retrograde today? Stuff has been happening all over the place that’s been kind of weird. I don’t know about you but I’m gonna say a prayer for the entire world today. In this dose of WTF? News, TMZ is reporting that the Los Angeles Fire Department rushed to a recording studio after getting a 911 call that Chris Brown had a seizure.
But once the fire department showed up, Chris refused medical treatment and turned down a trip to the hospital. And it sounds like he didn’t want people to find out the cause. My thinking is that it’s drug related but no one knows right now. However, TMZ also learned that Chris suffered from seizures as a child so it could be something else. Hopefully, whatever it is, he gets it under control.
A few days ago when Revolt TV published their interview with Timbaland, I have to say that I agreed that he has a special bond with Aaliyah‘s music and no one has really made it work as well as he did. But now he seems to be regretting some of his statements, as he took to Twitter to tweet his apologies to Chris Brown. Check out the tweets (read from the bottom up):
Didn’t he just pen an apology song not long ago to Jay Z? I wonder what’s up with him and all the apologies…anyway, what do you guys think? Should he have apologized for his statements or was it just his right to express how he feels, unapologetically?
With the success of Justin Timberlake‘s 20\20 Experience and Jay Z‘s Magna Carta…Holy Grail, Timbaland is getting warmed up with his production skills. Rumor has it that he will be producing Nas‘ next album (WIN!) and I’m sure there’s a long list of people trying to work with him. But we all know that Timbaland will always have a soft spot in his heart for the late Aaliyah. He spoke to Revolt TV recently about the recent collabos of Aaliyah‘s music with Chris Brown and Drake and let’s just say, he’s not particularly feeling it.
Giving his opinion on the Aaliyah features by both Chris Brown (“Don’t Think They Know”) and Drake (“Enough Said”), Timbo dished out his two cents saying, “In music, people always say, ‘Oh I’m going to do a song with Aaliyah’ [but] it will never work,” he explained. “Chris Brown got a record, it won’t work. Drake got a record, it ain’t gonna work because Aaliyah music only work with it’s soulmate, which is me,” he further commented.
Personally, I don’t even know why either one of them didn’t approach Timbaland before using it anyway. Even if it wasn’t necessarily required, it’s no new info that he had a special bond with Aaliyah. It would just be good practice, I’d think. But, Timbaland did have some good words to say about Drake. Check it out, when you continue…
