Rihanna Arrives At LAX; Angela Simmons Booty Says “Yes”

Angela Simmons is walking around the streets of Los Angeles with the word “yes” on her butt. I can only imagine what her father Reverend Ron is thinking right now. I have so many jokes in my head, and I’m not sure what she is saying yes to. This is my problem with “celebrities”, they claim to not like blogs due to the negative attention, but then they wear bright purple tights with the word “yes” on their tale, and think no one will have an opinion. I like Angela Simmons, so I don’t have an opinion, nice tights!

Rihanna is back in the states after a wonderful publicity blitz in London earlier this week. Whatever she is doing is working, I can’t wait to see her Thanksgiving album sales next week, November 23rd.

Oprah is stepping down from her syndicated talk show in 2011, just to move to her own network with a different format. This has been on the news non-stop, as if the world is coming to an end. Oprah has been doing this talk show for 25 years, so I imagine she’s just tired. I’m happy Oprah has decided to move on and do something different, I’m sure she has more goals to complete other than talk show host.

Oprah Winfrey, the reigning monarch of daytime chat and occasional champion of presidents and authors, is to announce on her television show today that after nearly a quarter of a century of syndication success she is preparing to quit her show for good the year after next.

It is a measure of Ms Winfrey’s importance on the cultural landscape of America, that a 22-month lead time to her shuttering the show seems an appropriate amount of warning to her fans and advertisers. “The sun will set on the Oprah show as its 25th season draws to a close on September 9, 2011,” the New York affiliate of the ABC Network said on its bulletins last night. Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina were spotted at the airport earlier this week. Bobbi Kristina has blossomed into a beautiful girl, and Whitney looks healthy.

I feel like I haven’t done a Jay-Z and Beyonce post in a minute (too much Chris Brown and Rihanna drama). Today is dedicated to Rihanna, and her comeback performance in London. By her side was her “mentor” Jay-Z and his beautiful wife Beyonce. I just have one *side comment* and you can ignore it and move on to the pictures, but is it me or does Beyonce look like LeToya Jackson in these photos, fashion make-up and all. I had to blink twice, and Jay-Z he’s just growing on me more and more everyday…

I try not to make fun of the situation, but sometimes I can’t help myself. My first thought was Chris Brown and Rihanna were re-united (I know that was mean and not funny, but that’s what I thought.) Now, I’m just curious as to why Rihanna has a huge bump above her eye. All I know is that she had fun in London, whatever that means.

Rihanna was spotted at St. Pancras International Train Station in London sans makeup, and rocking her shades. I’m not sure why so many people are mad at Rihanna, not sure how getting beat makes you a bad person, but if you read the comments on twitter, you would swear she was a terrorist. (Just because you don’t believe her side of the story doesn’t mean she wasn’t assaulted).

If you weren’t on twitter today, then you missed the leak of Rihanna’s entire album. I would post the link, but I’m not trying to get shut down.

Also, 50 Cent Launches “Power” Fragrance at Macy’s in the Lakewood Mall in Lakewood, CA. Anyone interested in the cologne? I’m scared my husband will start acting like 50 Cent. I am having fun with his new Bill Bixby look, I feel like the Hulk will bust out any moment now…J/K

I guess matching clothes and similar kicks means they are together, at least it does in PR terms. In all honestly, I think they have been on the low so that they can get their privacy back. Rihanna has been on the low lately as she works on her new album, and a publicity blitz to promote said album is under way. In the next few weeks we will be in Rihanna overload, and though I’m not her biggest fan, I want nothing but the best for her and this new project. At the end of the day no matter what happened in that car, she got the worst end of the stick. So here’s to resilience, and to cats always landing on their feet.

You can tell it’s the day after the premiere of season 2 For the Love of Ray J because I am posting this picture of Ray J. As far now, season 1 was much better, but I will keep watching hoping for some interesting twists. My favorites right now are Jaguar, Adorable, and Mz Berry. *doing the Halle Berry*

Amber Rose and Kanye West have been in hiding, which has sparked rumors that they are on the splits. I can’t confirm that, but I can confirm that Amber Rose is still around doing her thing. According to Rap Radar, Amber Rose was spotted at the World Series supporting her hometown Phillies.

Last but not least, one of my best friends and my college roommate, was strolling the streets of Paris with her mother, when a guy asked them to take a picture for his blog. That guy turned out to be Scott Schuman, best know as The Sartorialist. Apparently he’s known for his footprint in fashion, and was selected as one of Time’s Magazines Top 100 Design Infleuences. The guy has worked with Valentino and the company behind Jean-Paul Gautier. Anyway my friend, Bianca, was strolling the streets of Paris with her mom, and caught the eye of The Sartorialist because she was wearing the Harem style pants below (what we call hammer pants). I’m the type to stick to what I know. My favorite is “Michael Kors” and a classic that’s hard to find, “Calandre” by Paco Robanne. In other words, someone will have to let me how Mariah’s new fragrance smells. BTW, Did you know her husband, Nick Cannon is the Honorary Chairman & Development Consultant for TeenNick?

If you follow my tweets, then you will know that I broke this story about a month ago that Lisa Raye and Al Sharpton were “together”. I received a tip via Facebook labor day weekend, and all I could do is laugh. Check the screen caps below:

There was no way this rumor could be true, right? Well The YBF has also learned the same information, and now I’m starting to wonder. We had fun on twitter, trying to figure out what this couple had in common. Other than media hogs, we all agreed on “perms”…LOL! I still can’t believe it.

The YBF has learned that actress Lisa Raye and political figure Reverend Al Sharpton has been dating for months now. The celebrity blog site was informed by a major publicist (who would like to remain nameless) that the couple who are both pending divorces are indeed a couple.

The source even went on to say that Lisa is media hungry and wants to be with someone who can get her in high society and political events. As for Al, who may just be looking for an arm piece.

I’m so happy that Amber Rose is modeling and becoming her own brand, sans Kanye West. I really like Amber Rose and she has a fascinating Cinderella story. I was really upset during the VMAs, because Kanye West was not just being vulgar toward Taylor Swift, but toward his girl, Amber Rose. I understand passion, but grabbing your girls body part on the red carpet doesn’t do much to help her image. He was treating her like an object he owned, and hopefully she checked him when the cameras stopped rolling. Anyway I digress.

Amber Rose and Kanye West spotted at Capitol City in Hollywood. The evening started off quite well, you can see the couple holding hands. The paparazzi must have shouted something because Kanye West demeanor quickly changes.

It looks like Amber Rose is telling Kanye, “You better not act a fool and embarrass me. Keep it moving! I got this!”
