We’ve been noticing a certain pop princess popping up at NBA games in LA. Everyone in Hollywood loves the Lakers, of course, but when celebs start checking in at Clippers games, it really stands out. Last night, singer Rihanna sat courtide at the Nuggets versus Clippers game at the Staples Center at LA Live in Los Angeles.

On several occasions, Rihanna has been spotted at Clippers games. She even missed the People’s Choice Awards (which was only a few hundred yards away) to check-in courtside to the Clippers game.

Let’s play process of elimination on who she is there to see or check out. Chris Paul is married with kids so let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. Caron Butler is also married. We’ll just skip ahead to Blake Griffin. He seems like Rihanna’s type and is really a low-key bad boy.

Hmmm. This seems to be a hot topic nowadays so I really want to test what people feel about this. Recently, InStyle magazine and Forevermark hosted an event that launched a new diamond brand. Many celebs were on hand but in particular, Sanaa Lathan. Sanaa stepped out looking…well…let’s just say her belly area of the dress wasn’t flat.

Sanaa even addressed her picture on Twitter, after a tweeter pointed out the obviously swelled belly and responded with this:

No I am not. Next time I’ll eat dinner AFTER I do the red carpet. LOL Muah!

So this got me thinking…with her picture and even with Beyonce, people have been quick to confirm or dismiss pregnancy in Hollywood.Yes, Sanaa denied her stomach being more than just a full belly of food but how many of you really believe that? Even with the swollen ankles, waddle walk and subsequent birth of Blue Ivy, there are STILL people out there who suspect Beyonce was never really pregnant and used a surrogate. So then I ask you: Is there such thing as ‘Pregnant Eye’? Can you see a pic of a celebrity and REALLY confirm or dismiss their pregnancy? Last night in Los Angeles, WE tv and the cast of Braxton Family Values, held a special dinner and screening to promote season two of Braxton Family Values. During the dinner, the Braxton family revealed a few surprises. Miss E, Mama Evelyn Braxton, is engaged. Toni Braxton was unable to attend due to a flare-up from her battle with lupus. She sent her love from the hospital. Trina talked about “cheating” on her husband, plus their continued marital problems which includes a legal separation. (Drum roll please)…Tamar and Vince are getting a spin-off.

Jordin Sparks celebrates her 22nd birthday in Las Vegas at RPM Nightclub, while Christina Milian hosts a party at club Moon (Palms Hotel), also in Vegas. Jordin Sparks looks amazing after losing weight. I like the fact that she didn’t lose too much weight to squeeze into a size 2, but just enough weight to be healthy, radiant, and toned.

Christina Milian stays employed in Vegas on the party scene. Can’t knock the hustle!!! I wonder when the next album or movie is coming out?

Just across the country on the east coast, Drita D’Avanzo and Diddy made a guest appearance at The Pool After Dark Club at Harrah’s Casino & Resort in Atlantic city. Did y’all see that last night on Mob Wives? Talk about crazy…

The NBC hit show, The Voice, will return for a second season on Sunday, February 05, 2012.

Carson Daly returns to host and Cee-Lo, Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton also return to make up the coaches for the second season of NBC’s musical competition.

If you remember from last year, the first stage of the competition is a ‘blind audition’, where contestants are judged purely on their vocals and not their looks, then they battle it out amongst themselves before the live shows begin. Winner receives a recording contract and $100k. Javier Colon won in 2011.

There is so much to love about The Voice, but one of my favorite components was the interactive social media action going on during the show. The live-tweeting and helping the contestants build their social media presence was on point.

Just added…Christina Milian will serve as The Voice’s new “social media correspondent” for season 2.

She was in the middle of a backstage photo opp when her and Bridesmaid funny lady Melissa McCarthy were gifted with Cartier jewelry. Mccarthy received a Cartier pendant and Spencer, a Cartier watch.

Can’t wait til the Oscar nominations come out. I’m sure Spencer has a lot more surprises coming her way.

Seems like Rihanna is taking this holiday season to go back to Barbados and recover in the Barbadian sun. It wasn’t too long ago when Rihanna had to rush off stage during a concert in Portugal to throw up during a song. But it seems with the Loud Tour all done and completed, she’s taking this time to rest and regroup.

I didn’t know Ginuwine fathered eight children. Yes, Elign Baylor “Ginuwine” Lumpkin has eight children. Where have I been? *shrugs* I just thought he had one or two before he married rapper Tonya Johnston “Sole” Lumpkin. I was wrong…Apparently, he had four other kids by four different women before marrying Sole. Sole had two daughters from a previous relationship plus two more daughters with Ginuwine. So technically he’s the biological father of six kids, but he fathers (takes care of) eight kids, now. Check out a picture of Ginuwine and his EIGHT kids, courtesy of Black Celebrity Kids.

NOTE: Reader Gloria points out that there are nine kids in picture below and not eight. Ginuwine has only claimed eight children publicly, and that’s why the captions says eight. But maybe he’s discovered another child since his last public statement. *shrugs*

Eight kids? We need to buy more of Ginuwine albums. Did he have to pay child support, too? Talk about lay em low, and spread em wide *in my Evelyn Braxton voice* All jokes aside, they are a beautiful family. It’s nice seeing the whole Lumpkin family together as a unit. More pics when you continue…

De’jan (20) and Cypress (16) are Sole’s oldest daughters, Story (10) and Dream Sarae (9) are Sole’s youngest daughters with Ginuwine, plus Eljin Jr (19) from a previous marriage. Those are the names that have been confirmed. According to “the streets” he also fathers Tiffany, Tahjere, and Ginel, ages unknown, and maybe a Kayah(?), too. Ginuwine admits to having eight children, but hasn’t named all eight, yet:

amie: How many kids do you have now?
Ginuwine: Eight.
Jamie: You and Solé have how many together?
Ginuwine: Together? We only have two. She had two before me and we had two together. And I had four more before her.

Jamie: I know, but how many babies’ mamas are there?
Ginuwine:Four.

Jamie: They were all different women?
Ginuwine: …(quiet) {Source}

This is the first time we have seen all eight of them together. Apparently the eighth child took a little time to confirm…But don’t worry, they are now a happy blended family trying to make it all work!!! Ginuwine and Sole are living a very different Christian life, and the past is the past.

Lil Kim is gearing up for the new year with a new album. For those of you that have counted her out, this promo pic and those Christian Louboutins says she’s here to stay. Hopefully, Lil Kim focuses more on making good music, and less on fighting Nicki Minaj.

Honestly, I like the picture. I think Lil Kim still has a few tricks up her sleeve, so let’s see what 2012 brings. I’m not a huge fan of the onesie, but Lil Kim working this look.

I’m not sure who the people are flanking the left and right, but maybe they were writers or contributors of some sort. I know I would have loved to have been a part of making this classic sitcom. It would be awesome if this really was the start of a reunion show, cuz we all have questions. Did ______ ever find love? Did ________ become the successful man he always aspired to be? Diggy Simmons has been spreading Christmas love all over New York City, while doing several holiday charity events. Diggy made an appearance at New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, visiting the bedside of kids who will be spending Christmas in the hospital this year. The young Simmons took time out to past out gift bags, and take pictures with his young fans. After leaving the children’s hospital, Diggy Simmons stopped by the St. Jude Holiday party at Brooks Brothers, where he decorated cookies, ornaments, and Christmas cards with the young patients of St. Jude. Nice to see young kids giving back.

BTW, Diggy is growing up fast; he’s tall and skinny now. More pics when you continue…

CNN Heroes, is one of my favorite awards shows; everyday people doing extraordinary deeds for others. This year’s recipients stand up for human rights, fight crimes against children, advocate for those in poverty, raise awareness and seek aid for the inflicted. These people prove that a single person with one big idea, can in fact change the world as we know it.

Legendary singer, Chaka Khan, hit the red carpet to show her support, along with many other celebrities including, Ice Cube and his fro, Veteran J R Martinez (winner of Dancing With the Stars), Holly Robinson-Peete, 50 Cent, and Rachel Crow. Wow, didn’t take Rachel Crow long to bounce back and hit the red carpet with her famous smile.

Well look at this, Astro, from Xfactor, is supporting Willow Smith, at a special premiere of her new video, Fireball. Astro shot down rumors that he has signed with Roc Nation, but it’s strange to a blogger like me that Astro is attending a private Roc Nation sponsored event. By strange I mean a mere coincidence.
