I might have to do some research to really verify this, but I think Kim Kardashian as had one of the most atrocious pregnancy wardrobes I’ve ever seen. Which is amazing because prior to it her style was fashionable, if not a little too much sometimes. But it’s like she’s been fighting the fact that she’s pregnant and taking it out on her clothes. Case in point: that horrible MET Gala flower bomb dress. *shudders* But Kim is looking down right fabulous in a bikini on the cover of this week’s Us Weekly.
Sporting a nice, round belly at seven months, this beach look is probably the best Kim has looked in a minute. She’s embracing her growing belly, not trying to ignore it like nothing is there. Kim does acknowledge that she’s been having difficulty in her pregnancy style, with a quote from her blog earlier this year: ”I struggle finding things that don’t make me look heavy.” UNDERSTATEMENT, FOR THE WIN.
Scandal is our favorite show here at MrsGrapevine.com and Thursday nights you can find us on twitter with all the other gladiators trying to figure out the plot. I didn’t realize, however, that we are helping Kerry Washington make history, just by watching. Kerry Washington is the first black woman in 40 years to carry a TV drama on a major network. Not only is she carrying it, but she’s number one.
I knew that in my lifetime I’d never seen it. But it didn’t compute to me that I’d be making history. I just fell in love with the character.
The star of Django, Peeples, and Scandal sits down with Parade Magazine to discuss her acting success, in an interview dubbed The Game Changer:
Time Magazine has been doing it’s list of 100 Most Influential People for a long time. And every year they present us with people we know and love and are new to others. This year, the list consists of some of the most powerful Black people in America. Even the world. Among the chosen are President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. Not to be outdone, JayZ and Beyoncé also turn up on the list. And one of America’s favorite storytellers, Scandal creator Shonda Rhimes, also carved out a place for herself.
When Time Magazine presents the list, they have a group of peers type up the write-up for each person. President Obama‘s write up is written by Hilary Clinton, JayZ‘s write up is written by New York mayor Michael Bloomberg, Shonda Rhimes is written by Oprah Winfrey. Big names and heavy hitters all around! Check out the full list of influential people here.
Show of hands: who has been waiting for Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian to finally get married? Well, if you have then you might want to give that up. During an interview with Ryan Seacrest, Scott shared that Kourtney isn’t interested in tying the knot, according to Us Magazine.
The reality TV couple, who are parents to little Mason, 3, and Penelope, 8 months, have discussed the idea of marriage before, but according to Disick, it was actually Kardashian, 33, who wasn’t so sure she wanted to say “I do.”
“I would say we’re decently happy,” he said of their arrangement. “I feel like I used to want to get married more than she did, and then, being that she was always so not interested, I’ve decided not to be.”
If I had to list actresses that I genuinely like, Rosario Dawson would be on that list. GQ Magazine lined up the actress for a hot little photo shoot in their new edition.
She also is rocking a new hairstyle–the half-shaved look with some highlights. I love it! Check out more photos below:
To me, model Selita Ebanks has always been a cute girl. But this kinda puts her up there as being sexy now. She did a recent photo shoot with photographer Christopher Logan for Hong Kong’s WestEast Magazine. The S&M inspired shoot included lots of leather, restraints, a riding crop and even a horse.
She looks fantastic. Check out more pictures, when you continue…
