Then, after way through performing her song What’s My Name, RiRi had to rush off stage…to throw up. Yeah. She even went on to Twitter later on, to explain what happened.

“yep! i ran off stage to throw up, halfway thru Whats My Name…made it back juuuust in time for RudeBoy” she tweeted to a fan following the show.

Poor thing.  Check out the footage where she runs off stage here.  And if that didn’t make her feel bad, the people over at Jackie magazine made her feel even worse.  While the Dutch magazine was trying to praise her style and give readers tips on how to pull off her look in the cold of winter, they used a “colorful” title.   How they didn’t know it was offensive, I’ll never know. VV: Let’s talk about your style. Before when we spoke, you mentioned that some of the pieces from Girlfriends would find their way into Carla’s wardrobe. What’s the inspiration? Do you work with designers or find things out and about?

Ross: It’s stuff that’s been found out and about. The way I went about Joan and Carla is I always ask myself who this woman is. Every once in a while people say Carla is so much like Joan, and I’m like, ‘People, Tracee plays both people.’ So what you’re seeing that’s the same between Carla and Joan is not Carla being like Joan, but it’s Tracee. Tracee was Joan and Tracee is Carla. It’s so funny people don’t understand that, it makes me laugh.

VV: Do you think The Cosby Show comparisons set the audience expectations too high?
Ross: I don’t know. For some people, it’s a great context to know what the show might be, and for some people, it makes it hard because you’re comparing it to something that you have such a clear idea of. BET seems to be promoting it as the new Cosby, which I don’t think it helpful, and I don’t think makes sense.

The way Malcolm [Jamal Warner] and I have been describing it is that we are in no way, shape or form trying to be a new Cosby Show. What we are doing is taking the recipe of what Cosby did, which was a family show that was timeless and good, and use those elements.

I can’t get invested in whether it hurts the show or not. The beauty of being on BET in this day and age is that on other network they do two episodes and they pull a show from television. Sometimes that’s the greatest thing, and sometimes it just never had a chance to grow. With BET, we did 25 episodes and we’re getting a chance. It’s really wonderful working with a network that wants your show and is behind your show. The audience asked for this kind of show, BET listened and they went out and have gotten behind our show. On other networks, I don’t know if that always happens.

Remember when actor/comedian Tracy Morgan went under fire for alleged homophobic slurs at a Nashville comedy show?  Here’s his thoughts on that:

Man, I will say this, the funniest joke I ever heard Tracy say during a stand-up was, ‘C’mon man, I think gay people are too sensitive. If you can take a dick, you can take a joke.’ [Cracks up laughing.] That shit was funny to me. And it’s kind of true.’ While T.I. makes clear that he supports anyone’s sexual preference, he then connects, in his opinion, a current oversensitivity among gay people with a consequential and ironic offense of the First Amendment. “They’re like,‘If you have an opinion against us, we’re gonna shut you down.’ … That’s not American. If you’re gay you should have the right to be gay in peace, and if you’re against it you should have the right to be against it in peace.’

Hmm. I kind of think he simplified gay/lesbian rights with that last example but I’m sure his heart was in the right place.  T.I. also had shared his thoughts on Osama Bin Laden‘s death…or alleged death, rather…*side eye* Check out his skeptic thoughts on the situation, after the jump…

The conversation shifts from Muammar Gaddafi’s death—which occurred five days prior—to Osama Bin Laden’s assassination to both Eastern giant’s once empowered relationship with the U.S. government. “It’s like everybody that the U.S. was besties with, years later they’re the worst person in the world,” says Tip. “My question is what character traits do they possess now that they didn’t possess when y’all were besties? What made it go astray, and who’s to say they were on the dishonest end of that?”

The politic’n doesn’t stop there. Before an article can be selected from the “Osama Bin Laden killed” search, T.I. twists his lips in sarcastic fashion and shoots, “If that really happened.”

VIBE:  So you’re skeptical about the legitimacy of Osama’s death?

T.I.: Man, I’m a conspiracy theorist by nature. You can’t experience the federal penal system and not be somewhat skeptical.

Wow! Paula talks about her marriage with Robin, noting that the key that makes it work is “desire”:

Paula also discusses her role in the upcoming Mission Impossible movie, along side Tom Cruise.

Making Mission: Impossible was a dream come true. It challenged me as an actor because it’s so technical. Any time you’re challenged you get better. I learned so much from working with Tom Cruise—it was remarkable. Also, I got to do my own stunts, and that felt more freeing than anything I’ve ever done. To be able to be that physical was exciting.

In the new Us Weekly, the 22-year-old San Diego-based administrative assistant breaks her silence about the fateful early morning of Sept. 24 — Kutcher’s six-year anniversary with wife Demi Moore — when she had sex with the actor, 33, following a wild, all-night party in his suite at San Diego’s Hard Rock Hotel.

“He just came up and kissed me,” the Texas native tells Us of Kutcher’s first bold move in the wee hours; minutes later, Leal, Kutcher and another young woman were completely nude and in a hot tub on the balcony. “I didn’t think it was out of the ordinary,” Leal admits. “I wasn’t self-conscious about getting naked.” When Kutcher claimed that he was “separated” from wife Moore, 48, Leal tells Us she believed him. After retreating to Kutcher’s bedroom past 6 a.m., “he lost his towel and I took my robe off,” Leal says. “Then we had sex.”  “He was good,” Leal reveals. “It wasn’t weird or perverted.” It also wasn’t 100 percent safe, either:

Leal tells Us that Kutcher did not wear a condom during their one-on-one encounter. The post-coital talk was a little unexpected, she confesses; the duo talked astrology (they’re both Aquarius), religion, love, even politics. “I told him I was a Lutheran from Texas. He said, ‘Oh my gosh! Are you a Republican?’” Leal says. Democratic-leaning Kutcher quizzed her on “up-and-coming candidates. I said Rick Perry. He asked if I’d vote for him. I said I didn’t know and he laughed. He laughed at pretty much everything I said.”

But it wasn’t all twenty questions between the lovers, according to Leal. After having sex for a second time — and arguing over Leal’s cell phone — the married Two and a Half Men star was tender. “He was like, ‘I enjoy things like this because I’m an actor 90 percent of the time and it’s fake. On Jada and Will living separately for months:

Will and Jada also I should add have been living separately for the last three or four months. He’s been living in the Malibu home with the children and she’s been living in the Hidden Hills home. She had told him that she need a little time to herself, and Will all along has been worried that something has been going on with Jada and Marc. Now all of his suspicions are totally justified.

On what exactly happened between Will and Jada:

Will in early August decided he was going to head over to the couple’s Hidden Hills home and make a surprise visit to Jada. He made sure to tell the driver, ‘Do not tell Jada I’m coming’…when Will emerged from the home he was crying, he was visibly shaken, and he said, ‘Marc is in the house with Jada.’

On the relationship between Jada Pinkett Smith and Marc Anthony:

“ Will has been having these sneaking suspicions for some time that Jada and Mark have been lovey-dovey…their characters have the steamiest sex scenes, I mean steamy enough to melt the camera lens.”

On the Public Relations for clean up for Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s relationship:

“[Jada and Will] either are the best PR people out there or they have the best PR people working for them…the day after our story broke they were out together in Malibu, kissing, holding hands, walking in slow motion…a source says the entire outing was just a publicity stunt.”

On PR cleanup for celebrity couples in general:

“They want people to be confused and they want people to wonder…people when it comes to splitting up, whether it’s a five month relationship or whether it’s a fifteen year marriage and they’re getting a divorce, people really do not like admitting that perhaps the union failed. They don’t like admitting to friends to families…perhaps all those publicity stunts have to do with managing their own denial.”

Still not buying it!!! I saw them together plenty of times over the last few months, even while he was filming in New York. Married people have problems all the time, that doesn’t mean they are splitting or divorcing. I think the reason Jada is staying in Hidden Hills is because she was working. I could tell by the PR stunt the next day that something really did happen, but I don’t think anyone in the media will ever know the truth. A fight does not equal a split.

Um, I mean, yeah man it’s just like me just reflecting back and looking at it like even when I got them when I first seen myself in the mirror, it was a little crazy. It was for various reasons, not just one. I took it upon myself. Nobody made me do it. I felt like I didn’t need them on my face anymore.

I don’t regret it. I’m not mad at myself for having it [face tattoos]. I just look at it like, that was a point in my life where I was growing up. It was in the moment when I got it. Now I think differently. I feel like I don’t really need it on my face. I have a lot of stuff to do.
