Jennifer Williams has gone too far with this slapping incident and this frivolous lawsuit against a non-cast member of Basketball Wives. Nia Crooks was indeed wrong for walking around an executive size table in slow motion and attempting to land a slap that Jennifer asked for. I can clearly see the whole scene was a set-up despite what Shaunie and Evelyn will claim.  Jen has the right to be upset, but I can’t help but feel this lawsuit is just unnecessary drama.

Jen Says: I will never forget that day at the racetrack, I didn’t go there to fight so that was the last thing I expected to encounter. All I remember was the nonsense that took place. The assistant/gofer decided to be in full action with her monkey see monkey do self as she snuck a slap from behind. You are a coward if you catch me off guard while sitting down and not to mention a bully! Then the president of the NON Factor T-shirt Enterprise thought that jumping across the table like a demon would be a good look for the young women in America that watch the show. (via Jen’s Blog)

First, Nia Crooks didn’t really slap Jen in the face, she slapped Jennifer’s hair. Sure, she may have touched a little bit of skin in the back of Jen’s head, but not enough to warrant an assault charge. Can you really be physically and emotionally distraught from a hair slap you asked for? Secondly, I don’t know how anyone could call the whole ordeal a fight. The two women spent 30 seconds arm wrestling or slow dancing, but certainly not fighting. REMEMBER when Tami slapped Meeka, that was some lawsuit material. Anyway, Jen just needs to count her losses and move on to self-defense classes. You can’t be six feet tall and not know how to fight a little bit. Obviously Evelyn and Nia have a hard time seeing their mistakes, or hearing their words:

Jen Says: Let’s get right into the confrontation because there are a few things that need to be cleared up. First off, I had no intentions on saying anything during filming at the racetrack. Jen and Nia met through me and built their own relationship. Nia thought that she and Jen were still cool, however Jen began to distance herself from Nia for no apparent reason. First off, it’s not like those were the first words out of Jen’s mouth. The attack on Nia’s lifestyle came after a slap from Nia, plus a few other choice words that required a lot of beeps. Call me crazy, but if you slap someone you shouldn’t be offended by anything that comes out of their mouth following the smack. I agree with Jen, why was Nia there? She’s not on the shows credits! Why did Evelyn jump on the table minutes later after security arrived? *my head hurts*

I have read both sides of the story, seen and read all of the interviews. This drama started over hurt feelings from assuming someone’s action were negative instead of just asking the other person or talking to the other person without other so called “friends” involved. Instead of trying to understand the other side of the issue, both women assumed the worst in their “friend”, and got other “friends” involved. I really can’t believe that Evelyn can’t see how hiring Nia is a conflict of interest and why Jen would distance herself from that. How can Jen trust Nia if she works for Evelyn? Jen needs to stop being bougie, and learn to fight if she’s going to continue being bougie.  Sadly in five years, they will all see how they are wrong and played apart in this sitcom. On that note, I’M THROUGH! DONE!

Every two weeks, you can bet Pilar Sanders will file a new “motion” in court, in order to get free publicity on TMZ. Pilar and Deion Sanders are going through a nasty divorce, mainly because Pilar keeps running to the media making wild accusations, and leaking details about Deion’s personal life in order to overturn her pre-nup agreement. Well Pilar’s back for round three, and this time she’s leaking the names of Deion Sander’s allege mistresses. The list includes Tracey Edmonds and model Aleea Stanton. Pilar also claims that Deion is blocking her from having access to Aleea and Tracey, and that he is bribing Aleea so that she want talk about the allege affair.

Honestly, I hope the judge sees through Pilar’s antics. Deion has done a lot to turn his life around, as well as the lives of many of our youth in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Instead of fighting this out privately, Pilar is trying to drag Deion’s name through the mud in the court of public opinion. While he’s opening schools, spreading God’s love, and creating sports-based programs, Pilar is busy running to Media Take Out trying to jump start a reality TV career. Sad!

But don’t worry, at least one of the “allege mistresses” is fighting back. Tracey Edmonds released a statement, and she is not happy that her name is being used to play games…Read Tracey’s statement when you continue…

So Kim Kardashian and her mother reportedly went on a vacation in Dubai back in October before Kim’s divorce. During the Dubai vacation, Kim revealed to her mother, Kris Jenner, that she and Kris Humphries were having marital problems. Sounds harmless, right? The only problem is that none of it actually happened in real life, but in a movie studio, not in Dubai but LA, and not in October before the divorce, but in December months after the divorce. Wowzers. So this proves the Kardashians’ shows are as phony as the Kardashians. Furthermore, Kim and Kris actually filmed this scene last month to not only try to fool their audience, but to also try to make Kim a victim. Unfortunately for Kris Humphries, he didn’t get a chance to go back and film phony scenes to help his image. But WAIT!!!! If it was a real marriage, why create fake scenes to explain the divorce? Why create fake scenes to save Kim’s image? Why create fake scenes on a reality show? Herman Cain wants to run for President of America while he is fresh out of an affair, or should I say an alleged affair that his lawyer pretty much confirmed as true. Meet Ginger White, who claims to have carried on a 13 year extra-marital affair with Republican primary candidate, Herman Cain. The kicker here is that Ginger White gives an Atlanta reporter Herman Cain’s cell phone number, the reporter texts Herman Cain, and Herman Cain texts the reporter right back. The cell phone number is a private phone that Ginger White has access to. Ms White also turns over her phone records to the reporter which shows calls from Cain at 4:26 in the morning.  *4 in the morning, Isn’t that a Melanie Fiona song about an affair*

Ginger White does have a few skeletons in her closet, including evictions and lawsuits, but White’s phone records proves that she has some relationship to Herman Cain, outside of business. There are 61 calls and texts between the two. Since White is unemployed, Herman Cain has been helping her out “financially”. What Republican you know will give someone money without any work in return? That would be social welfare, so we all know Ms White would have to work hard for Herman Cain’s Republican dollars. So this is the sixth woman linked to Herman Cain, and one thing is clear to me, Herman Cain sure likes a lot cream in coffee. The saddest part of it all, is that his wife and family are now hurt by all of these allegations coming to light. Sadly, these Republican candidates have insulted President Obama’s integrity because he’s a liberal, and some of the attacks have been very personal. But when it’s all said and done, President Obama doesn’t seem to have as many skeletons in his closet as Herman Cain, at least not as many women.

In a new documentary debuting on Monday Night called, Michael Jackson and the Doctor: A Fatal Friendship, Dr. Conrad Murray reveals some very intimate details about Michael Jackson. When I say intimate, I mean some shady details that doesn’t need to be released to the public after someone’s death, because that person is not around to defend the allegations. I guess in an attempt to defend his record, Dr. Conrad Murray wants us to know that Michael Jackson has (or had) major addiction and psychological issues.  After reading a synopsis of the documentary, I’m not sure if I want to watch Dr. Conrad Murray bashing the King of Pop posthumously.

In the documentary, Murray reveals Jackson regularly “peed the bed.”

“The bedroom that he slept in I had to persuade him, eventually to have it cleaned,” Murray said in the film. “He peed the bed. It did not smell good. It was mildew, and I had to get it clean.”

Murray said Jackson urinating in the bed may have had to do with psychological issues saying, “Who would ever believe that a man his age would still be wetting his bed?” {via NY Post}

Dr. Conrad Murray also talks about Michael Jackson’s child like behavior of sleeping with dolls, and that MJ often refers to propofol (the drugged that killed him) as “milk”. After reading this, I hope Dr. Conrad Murray gets some jail time…

In the doc, Murray also claims that Jackson referred to propofol, the anesthesia believed to have killed him, as “milk.”

“He asked me, ‘Please, please, Dr. Conrad … I need some milk so that I can sleep. If I don’t get any sleep today, I cannot perform, I cannot do anything,’” Murray said, according to reports. “He was pleading and begging me to please, please let him have some ‘milk,’ because that was the only thing that would work.”

Lastly, Murray talks about MJ’s obsession of sleeping with dolls:

Explain a 50-year-old man who sleeps with a baby doll and has pictures of basically infants to 2-year-old children looking at him every night?”

Fantasia is defending herself against internet rumors regarding the latest drama surrounding her pregnancy and the Mahalia Jackson biopic. According to producers of the movie, Fantasia did not inform them that she’s pregnant until after she was showing. That’s odd, considering she’s been telling the media that she’s gaining weight to play Mahalia Jackson. When in fact she’s not just gaining weight, she’s growing a baby bump. The baby bump has put production on hold, and now producers are upset with Fantasia because they have to delay filming until after the baby is born December 29th. According to the YBF, Fantasia says she was not aware that productions was starting: (So why was she gaining weight and promoting the movie???)

First, she revealed that she’s still on bed-rest and confirmed that she’s due to give birth to a baby boy on December 29th. Then she said she almost went into labor when she heard the shocking news that the “Mahalia” pic might not get made and it might somehow be her fault.

As far as the movie goes, Fanny said she was told in January that several investors had backed out and the producers were trying to get the financing together. She also added that no contracts were signed and that a date for production was never set.  Interesting.

So where does the movie stand? Fanny said she hasn’t heard from producers….she learned about its status through the press.

Swizz Beatz is NOT having the best week ever! Last week, a new song writer on the block, Christina Elizabeth confirmed that she and Swizz Beatz carried on an affair while he was married to singer Mashonda, and rekindled the affair while he is currently married to Alicia Keys.

Well this week Swizz Beatz is in court for child support regarding his three year old daughter,  Nicole. Swizz Beatz was carrying on an international affair with singer Jahna Sebastian, whose legal name is Zhanna Andrianova, while he was still married to Mashonda. The news broke after he began a relationship with singer Alicia Keys amongst even more infidelity “rumors”. If you add his child with singer Alicia Keys, that means Swizz Beatz has four children by four different women, and three of them were conceived in the last four years. WOW, when you say it that way it sounds really bad like he’s an habitual cheater having unprotected sex, so let me try to be more positive about the situation like Alicia and Swizz.

Beatz, real name Kasseem Dean, was thought to have fathered a child with British singer Zhanna Andrianova in 2007, and after tests confirmed the star’s paternity in 2009, they became locked in a settlement dispute.

However, Beatz has now reached an undisclosed out-of-court agreement with Andrianova and has also agreed to pay her $42,000 (£26,250) legal fees, according to the New York Post.

I’m trying to stay focus on the positive, but I remember when Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys were trying to downplay and hide the rumors about daughter Nicole, until Mashonda acknowledged it publicly. I just don’t see honesty in the their brand. I rather a celebrity say none of your doggone business before calling the media a lie, only to find out that the lies were actually very true. To each his own, Alicia Keys can stand by her man’s positivity, but do we have to support it, too? People in Hollywood would work with a known pedophile if it makes them rich, so I don’t know if I can trust their judgment on when to draw a line between the art and the behavior.

Leila Lopes, aka Miss Universe from Angola, has only been crowned for a few days before Miss France (Laury Thilleman) decides to throw a little shade during an interview with French magazine, Premiere.fr. Rumor has it that a young songwriter by the name of Christina Elizabeth, lost her cell phone, and in that cell phone were some intimate text messages via “Blackberry Messenger” between Christina and Swizz Beatz? First let me just say, there is no proof that these are really Swizz Beatz’s text messages, but they were found on singer/songwriter Christina Elizabeth’s phone addressed to a person named Swizz with a Swizz Beatz avatar from twitter.

Meet 23-year-old Christina Elizabeth. She’s a singer/writer on the rise from Houston, TX who reportedly met Swizz back in 2007 at a birthday party for Solange. Apparently they’ve been in contact for some time, as she was alleged to have been one of the reasons for his break up with Mashonda as well. Apparently she lost her phone recently and her convos w/ the famed producer fell into the wrong hands. In their conversations they often call each other “Bro” and “Sis” but things are far from platonic. Shane Sparks (born in 1969, which means he is 42 year old) from MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew,  was arrested and allegedly charged with sexually abusing and raping at least six girls, all under the age of 16. Yes, you heard it right! Raped!!! The details have just been made public by TMZ, after Shane Sparks signed a plea deal. The sad  part is that the MTV judge will only serve 270 days in jail because of the plea bargain and the amount of time that has passed since the crime back in 1994.

Sparks pleaded no contest to these crimes, so this is not heresy or rumors, this is reality. He  may have sexually assaulted several girls between the ages of 12-17, and allegedly raped at least one of those victims when she was only 12. Sadly, he almost got away with this crime. I am really upset right now!!!

Former “America’s Best Dance Crew” judge Shane Sparks allegedly sexually abused at least 6 young girls IN ADDITION to the woman who claims Sparks raped her when she was 12 years old  … this according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The documents were just made public … following a plea deal Sparks made with the L.A. County District Attorney in which he received 270 days in jail after pleading no contest to having unlawful sex with a minor under 16.

The allegations in the documents are extremely disturbing — with the victim telling police Sparks forced her to have sex with him after driving her home from a dance class he had taught in 1994 when she was only 12 years old.

According to the docs, the victim claims Sparks took her to HIS home where he started to “make out” with her … and then he “rolled on top of her and pinned her beneath him.”

The docs explain, “The victim told him she was a virgin and not ready for intercourse” but Sparks “ignored her pleas and penetrated her vagina for several minutes. He then drove her home.”

According to the docs, investigators found “at least six other victims, whom between the ages of 12-17, were also abused by [Sparks].” No further details about the other alleged victims are included in the docs.
