Annie Leibovitz has been facing hard financial times during the recession. The famed photographer nearly lost the rights to her collection by defaulting on a $24 million loan, luckily for her she was able to work something out and still owns the rights to huge body of work for now.

Monica Leon, best known by the code name “Danger” on the VH1 reality series, For the Love of Ray J, just had a baby shower. Let’s see, about nine months ago she claimed Ray-J was the father of her un-born child, and of course Ray J denied denied denied. But isn’t it strange for a guy to be at a baby shower when he’s not the father of the baby? Isn’t it even more strange when he’s the only guy in the picture? Move over Papa Knowles, I think another paternity suit is coming.

According to Alexsandra Wright and TMZ, she is six months pregnant by Mathew Knowles, better known as Beyonce’s father. Ms. Wright has filed a paternity suit in the court of law against Big Papa Knowles. She’s not just saying he’s the baby’s daddy, she wants the court to prove it, and she’s not waiting until after the baby is born, either.
Rumors have been circulating that Tina and Mathew Knowles were estranged, like Joe and Katherine Jackson. In past interviews they have spoken of brief separations in their marriage, but this one will probably take the cake.
The young lady, Alexsandra Wright, is an “actress”, who had a brief appearance on Scrubs in 2001. I do mean brief. Her last acting gig was on the show Girl’s Club, as Janice back in 2002, and she also had a brief appearance in Baby Boy. Papa Knowles should no better by now, and this woman just may have found her come up. As for now, it’s just a rumor, a legal one at that, but we are watching to see how the story unfolds…
If you can’t find love, remember there is always online dating. This is going to be a big day for Match.com because their union of Essence Atkins and Jamie Mendez lead to wedlock. If Essence Atkins can’t find a man, that means the dating scene is throwed. Essence saw Jaime’s profile last Valentine and was impressed with what she saw, decided to send him a note, and the rest is marital history. The two have been “inseparable” ever since, which explains why we have less pictures of Essence and Gabrielle Union dancing on bar tops together. Anyway the couple were married this past weekend at the Ambassador Mansion and Gardens in Pasadena, CA. Congratulations, and note to women, keep your options open.
