I feel like I haven’t done a Jay-Z and Beyonce post in a minute (too much Chris Brown and Rihanna drama). Today is dedicated to Rihanna, and her comeback performance in London. By her side was her “mentor” Jay-Z and his beautiful wife Beyonce. I just have one *side comment* and you can ignore it and move on to the pictures, but is it me or does Beyonce look like LeToya Jackson in these photos, fashion make-up and all. I had to blink twice, and Jay-Z he’s just growing on me more and more everyday…

Michelle Williams took it to the extreme in her new Alter Ego photo shoot by celebrity photographer Derek Blanks. This shoot by far shows the extreme talents Derek Blanks possesses. I count at least 10, maybe 11 different alters in this shoot. That means 11 wardrobe changes, 11 different angles, and 11 different images to merge into one. I didn’t know Lamar Odom had a clothing line, he just didn’t seem like the creative type to launch a line. I guess you can’t judge a book by his quick marriage for publicity to Khloe Kardashian. I meant to say with all the marriage buzz, I wasn’t aware Lamar Odom was launching his new line Rich Soil. In true fashion his celebrity-n-laws (Kim & Kourtney Kardashian) were there to support the event. I seem cynical today, what’s up with that.
Speaking of Kourtney, her home was robbed, and cops are thinking it’s an inside job since the burglar took jewelry that recently came into Kourtney’s possession. [Read more]

The 4th Annueal Black Girls Rock! Awards went down this weekend at the New York Times Center. The awards was founded by Beverly Bond, a hip-hop dj, who wanted to celebrate women of color who are role models for at-risk teens. This year’s honorees included, Janelle Monae, Mary J Blige, Anthony Hamilton, and Spinderella.
I don’t know why I’m wasting my photo credits on Paula Abdul, but I just think she is on more than just painkillers. First she walks away from $7 million during a recession because she wanted the same pay as Ryan Seacreast, and now she’s weraing this outfit to announce the nominations of this years American Music Awards. Something tells me it’s just Paula Abdul, if Rihanna would have worn this outfit, I know all you would think it was hot…lol

If you can’t find love, remember there is always online dating. This is going to be a big day for Match.com because their union of Essence Atkins and Jamie Mendez lead to wedlock. If Essence Atkins can’t find a man, that means the dating scene is throwed. Essence saw Jaime’s profile last Valentine and was impressed with what she saw, decided to send him a note, and the rest is marital history. The two have been “inseparable” ever since, which explains why we have less pictures of Essence and Gabrielle Union dancing on bar tops together. Anyway the couple were married this past weekend at the Ambassador Mansion and Gardens in Pasadena, CA. Congratulations, and note to women, keep your options open.
