Las Vegas judge sentenced him to 90 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a reduced battery domestic violence charge and no contest to two harassment charges. The case stemmed from a hair-pulling, punching and arm-twisting argument with his ex-girlfriend Josie Harris while two of their children watched in September 2010.

In the words of internet sensation (of sorts) Sweet Brown, “I SAID OH LAWD JESUS ISSA FIRE!!!” Just HOT MESS all around this story here.  Actor Terrence Howard was reportedly attacked by ex-girlfriend 39-year-old May Seng Yang at his home on May 6th, according to CBS Philly.  And to add a little bit more drama, Howard was at home with his current girlfriend at the time.

According to the police report, Yang parked her vehicle around the corner and out of sight of Howard’s residence. She then walked to the gated driveway and rang the bell, where she was met by Howard’s girlfriend. Howard eventually came outside, he says, because he heard a loud noise.

Howard stated that he opened the gate because he was concerned that the neighbors would be annoyed by the disturbance and hoped to calm Yang down and send her on her way. Howard and his girlfriend told police that as soon as the gate opened, Yang attacked Howard and hit him in the face. Police stated Howard’s nose showed signs of swelling.

According to Yang‘s attorney, Yang claims SHE was the one who was attacked.  However, on the police report, the officers note that Terrence and his girlfriend’s stories both matched up, while Yang‘s story and mannerisms seemed to be suspect.  SMDH!Similar Posts:

Ray J has been in a lot of drama lately, and the Ray J saga continues. During the Billboard Music Awards Ray J and Pat Houston gets into a little altercation when Ray J takes it upon himself to move out of his designated seat, to sit next to Bobbi Kristina and the Houston family, uninvited. He does this right before the Whitney Houston tribute begins. Pat Houston calls security on Ray J, Ray J refuses to move. Things are getting physical when Pat finally changes her mind to avoid a huge confrontation that would have been caught on film over shadowing the tribute. Now Ray J is wrong for what he did (publicity stunt), but this is the second time Pat has been accused of foul play behind the scenes. We all know from the Oprah Winfrey interview that Pat does NOT like Ray J and she is awfully crafty at hiding her shade in a compliment.

Anyway that’s yesterday’s news. Today Ray J has been hospitalized for “fatigue and exhaustion,” after appearing disoriented in his hotel room. Get the details when you continue…

According to TMZ:

Ray J crashed and burned the morning after the Billboard Music Awards … and landed in the hospital … TMZ has learned.

We’re told Ray J was extremely upset after his confrontation with Whitney Houston‘s family — notably Pat Houston — during the awards ceremony.  On Monday morning, someone went into Ray J’s hotel room and realized the singer was “out of it” and couldn’t get out of bed.

We’re told Ray J was extremely disoriented and was immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance.

As for what happened … it’s looking like a combo of exhaustion and stress.  Ray J had just returned from a quick, 32-hour round trip to China and when he landed he immediately drove 4 hours to Las Vegas for the awards show.

Ray J is still in the hospital.  No word on when he’ll be released.

Well Rihanna reacts to the song by unfollowing Chris Brown on twitter, and Chris Brown responds with this tweet.

Well if the lyrics weren’t about Rihanna then, they probably are now. After all that has happened, these two still have trouble communicating, even in subliminal tweets. Poor Chris Brown, he can’t WIN for nothing…

Deion Sanders took the stand this morning to testify in a protective order hearing extending from a domestic abuse dispute with his wife, Pilar Sanders, on April 23rd. According to Deion Sanders, wife Pilar became upset after finding out that Deion Sanders asked school administration to prohibit Pilar from picking up their 10-year old son from school, because the son was “scared to death” of his mother, who had become abusive.

When Pilar Sanders came home, Deion and his youngest son were in the closet packing for a trip. Pilar asked to see her son. After being told to wait, Pilar became irate and began screaming and yelling to see her son. Deion Sanders immediately called the police. Deion Sanders also said he was locked in his room, but eventually unlocked the door to talk with Pilar. He claimed that’s when Pilar knocked open the door and started kicking, biting, and scratching him. After a busted lip, Deion said he pinned Pilar’s arms to her side, screamed at her, “Get out of my house.” By this time police arrived and arrested Pilar Sanders.

After Deion finished his testimony, Pilar’s lawyer revealed she secretly recorded the incident O_0 (*whispers set-up*)…The lawyer asked Deion if he wanted to take anything back or change his story. Deion declined, and the tape confirmed much of his story. Check out what was revealed in the recordings…

The court listened to about 28 minutes of audio recorded by Pilar. She can be heard repeatedly asking to see her younger son because she hadn’t seen him in days. Her older son is pleading with her to leave. Then Pilar uses an expletive. She can be heard screaming multiple times, then there’s a crash, and Deion yelling over and over, “Get out of my house!” The yelling back and forth continues. Pilar calls him an adulterer, a punk and a little girl. He keeps repeating, “Get out of my house, please. Get out of my house.”

Prosper police arrive about 25 minutes into the recording. After the recording was played, Larry Friedman, Pilar’s attorney, asked Deion if he wanted to change his testimony. Deion said no. Friedman asked whether Deion hit his wife. Deion said no. The recording, he said, “validated everything I said.” {via Dallas News Crime Blog}

Deion testified that he and his 10-year-old son were in his closet packing for an out-of-town trip on April 23 when his oldest son came in, saying that Pilar wanted to see the younger son.

Deion Sanders said they’d be out soon.

Five minutes later, he testified, he heard his wife screaming, and the couple’s oldest son saying, “Mommy, no you told me you weren’t going to do this.”

When she came into the room, he testified, he asked her to get out.

“She started screaming and cussing me out as usual in front of the kids,” Deion testified.

He said he locked the door to keep her out and that she started kicking it, demanding to see their son.

Deion testified that he called 911.

He said he then opened the locked door a crack. “She kicked it really good and knocked it into my shoulder,” he said. “I grabbed her, turned her around, pinned down her arms and carried her out.”

He denied slamming her against a wall, denied choking her, and denied hitting her.

He said there was no glass broken, refuting earlier testimony from a piano teacher who said she heard glass break. He also said both boys were in his bedroom area during the confrontation.

He said Pilar was kicking as he put her down and that she knocked over a statue outside the door. He said Dee Boswell, a friend of his wife’s, was outside the door and surprised him. He said she had a camera phone, and he knocked it out of her hand.

Boswell then started hitting him, he testified. He said he stepped on her phone out of anger.

“I crushed it,” he said. “I stepped on it again.” He said he then threw it into the back yard.

Deion Sanders said he had recorded the April 23 incident. Pilar Sanders’ attorney Larry Friedman asked that he produce the recording. The judge overruled that request.

Deion Sanders also testified about a confrontation in January when police were called after a fight between his aunt, Laura Jones, and Pilar. He said his wife ran out of the house with two knives in her hands and Jones’ dress, which she’d ripped off. After she dropped the knives, police handcuffed her and placed her in a squad car.

Deion Sanders testified that he went to the car to see if she needed anything.

“She said, ‘Can you get me my shoes and some lip gloss?’ I said, ‘At a time like this you’re worried about your Ugg boots and lip gloss? This is pathetic,’ ” he testified.

He said he got her the boots but not the lip gloss. She was later released.

He briefly described an incident in early April when Pilar tried to snatch the couple’s son out of his room and he called police. Deion Sanders said his estranged wife also insulted his 18-year-old son late last year when he was visiting the couple’s home.

Today, for the first time, Barack sat on the edge of the bed—dressed—blue jeans and luscious ladies on his chest [a comfy T-shirt depicting buxom women], the end of the front section of the Sunday Times in his hand, looking out the window, and the quality of light reflected from his eyes, windows of the soul, heart, and mind, was so clear, so unmasked, his eyes narrower than he usually holds them looking out the window, usually too aware of me.

The sexual warmth is definitely there—but the rest of it has sharp edges and I’m finding it all unsettling and finding myself wanting to withdraw from it all. I have to admit that I am feeling anger at him for some reason, multi-stranded reasons. His warmth can be deceptive. Tho he speaks sweet words and can be open and trusting, there is also that coolness—and I begin to have an inkling of some things about him that could get to me.

Matt: “It’s my understanding you all really wanted to be here today and talk about your dad and some of the things that have gone on. Why is it so important?”

La’Princia: “I honestly feel like my dad’s a great person. He’s been my best friend, like, my whole life. If I ever have a problem with anything, I know I can always go to him. Likewise, if he ever needs to talk to somebody, he knows he can always call me and I’ll be there for him.”

Matt: “Yeah? The rest of you? Is that the reason you’re here?”

Bobby Jr.: “Yes. Definitely.”

Matt: “Because you don’t feel that the public has–”

La’Princia: “Oh, they definitely do not have the right perception on him.”

Matt: “What do you think the public perception of this man on the end is, Bobby?”

Bobby Jr. “No matter what he does, they just view him that way. They don’t– like, never really give him a chance.”

Landon: “I feel like my father’s always had the bad boy image. So, you know, they just keep followin’ that, you know? Anything that they can take a negative from the situation, they blow it out of proportion and blame him.”

La’Princia: “They don’t see the good part of him that we see every single day…. Everyone makes mistakes in life. Everyone goes through their ups and downs. You can’t be judged forever about one event in your life or– just the bad decisions you’ve made, you can’t always be judged just by that.” {Source}

We’ve heard Pat Hosuton say that Bobby Brown didn’t introduce Whitney Houston to drugs, we’ve heard Whitney Houston imply it, and now Bobby Brown himself is speaking out against the allegations that he’s responsible for Whitney’s drug use and ultimately her death. I don’t know how many times he has to say it or it has to be said, you cannot keep blaming this man for Whitney’s actions. Just because the media portrays them as good vs bad that does not mean that’s how either one of them lived privately. Whitney Houston’s brothers also dealt with addiction to hard drugs, and during the 80′s it sounds like it was just raining drugs. I’ll be glad when we can get past the point of reducing both of these stars, Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston, as people just battling addiction. They were so much more and accomplished more than the average star.

I didn’t get high before I met Whitney … I smoked weed, I drank the beer, but no, I wasn’t the one that got Whitney on drugs at all …it’s just unexplainable I’m not the reason she’s gone.

Bobby Brown will speak out in his first interview since the death of Whitney Houston with Matt Lauer on the Today Show. Here are few excerpts from that interview via Necole Bitchie…

On Accusations That He’s Responsible For Her Drug Use

[They] make me feel terrible. But you know, I know differently. I think if anyone ever knew us, if anybody ever spent time around us . . . they would know how we felt about each other. They would know how happy we were together.

The reality show gave us a wake-up. We [were] able to see that our drug use had affected our relationship, had affected the love that we felt for each other.

On Seeing Whitney a Week Before She Died

She had this glow about her that was just, you know, incredible. She looked really well. She just looked like she was in a good place.

On Whitney’s Drug Use & Not Knowing She Was Still Using

I was hurt. I was hurt … Because, you know, me being off of narcotics for the last seven years — I felt that she was, you know, I didn’t know she was struggling with it still. But at the same time, you know– listen, it’s a hard fight. It’s a hard fight to, you know, maintain sobriety that way.

From what I feel and you know, how I saw her, the last time I saw her, it had to be that particular day. You know, it had to be that one, because that’s all it takes … One hit, you know, and you know, it could definitely take your life away from you. And, unfortunately, that was it.

I understand that I have very little chance at beating a Hall of Fame, two-sport man that everyone seems to love and adore. I’m a full-time mom, 100 percent for my children.  And I just haven’t been given a fair shake.

Jennifer Williams has gone too far with this slapping incident and this frivolous lawsuit against a non-cast member of Basketball Wives. Nia Crooks was indeed wrong for walking around an executive size table in slow motion and attempting to land a slap that Jennifer asked for. I can clearly see the whole scene was a set-up despite what Shaunie and Evelyn will claim.  Jen has the right to be upset, but I can’t help but feel this lawsuit is just unnecessary drama.

Jen Says: I will never forget that day at the racetrack, I didn’t go there to fight so that was the last thing I expected to encounter. All I remember was the nonsense that took place. The assistant/gofer decided to be in full action with her monkey see monkey do self as she snuck a slap from behind. You are a coward if you catch me off guard while sitting down and not to mention a bully! Then the president of the NON Factor T-shirt Enterprise thought that jumping across the table like a demon would be a good look for the young women in America that watch the show. (via Jen’s Blog)

First, Nia Crooks didn’t really slap Jen in the face, she slapped Jennifer’s hair. Sure, she may have touched a little bit of skin in the back of Jen’s head, but not enough to warrant an assault charge. Can you really be physically and emotionally distraught from a hair slap you asked for? Secondly, I don’t know how anyone could call the whole ordeal a fight. The two women spent 30 seconds arm wrestling or slow dancing, but certainly not fighting. REMEMBER when Tami slapped Meeka, that was some lawsuit material. Anyway, Jen just needs to count her losses and move on to self-defense classes. You can’t be six feet tall and not know how to fight a little bit. Obviously Evelyn and Nia have a hard time seeing their mistakes, or hearing their words:

Jen Says: Let’s get right into the confrontation because there are a few things that need to be cleared up. First off, I had no intentions on saying anything during filming at the racetrack. Jen and Nia met through me and built their own relationship. Nia thought that she and Jen were still cool, however Jen began to distance herself from Nia for no apparent reason. The reason why I was so hurt and affected by Jen’s comment is because, she was the same person shackin up in that 2-bedroom apartment when she and Eric were separating! {via Evelyn’s blog}

First off, it’s not like those were the first words out of Jen’s mouth. The attack on Nia’s lifestyle came after a slap from Nia, plus a few other choice words that required a lot of beeps. Call me crazy, but if you slap someone you shouldn’t be offended by anything that comes out of their mouth following the smack. I agree with Jen, why was Nia there? She’s not on the shows credits! Why did Evelyn jump on the table minutes later after security arrived? *my head hurts*

I have read both sides of the story, seen and read all of the interviews. This drama started over hurt feelings from assuming someone’s action were negative instead of just asking the other person or talking to the other person without other so called “friends” involved. Instead of trying to understand the other side of the issue, both women assumed the worst in their “friend”, and got other “friends” involved. I really can’t believe that Evelyn can’t see how hiring Nia is a conflict of interest and why Jen would distance herself from that. How can Jen trust Nia if she works for Evelyn? Jen needs to stop being bougie, and learn to fight if she’s going to continue being bougie.  Sadly in five years, they will all see how they are wrong and played apart in this sitcom. On that note, I’M THROUGH! DONE!

So…Dezmon Briscoe, Royce Reed’s new boof *in my my Beyonce voice*, has a baby mama named Christina Nero. Well, Christina Nero decides to put Dezmon Briscoe and Royce Reed’s relationship on blast via twitter. Christina claims Dez has been sending her racy texts messages trying to get back with her *whispers in the bed only* and then posts those texts online for all to see. How tacky is that?

Even if the very sexually graphic texts are real, what type of person would do that? Must be someone who’s jealous, desperate, and insecure. Anyway, Royce Reed calls Christina out about the texts and accuses Christina of faking the texts just to stir up drama. It looks like Royce may have a point. The whole thing seems quite suspicious, and I kind of  agree with Royce that the texts are fake. Jennifer: I honestly could not watch this episode; I have never been hit before. It particularly saddens me to know people condone this type of behavior and glorify violence.

Me: I know you have been working on seeking justice in this situation. How has it been working with your Attorney Sandy Rubenstein and The National Action Network?

Jennifer: Just because I did not fight back physically doesn’t mean I am not fighting back. I am doing this the right way and fighting back using our justice system. Sandy Rubenstein is my civil attorney in NYC and Sabrina Puglisi is my criminal attorney in Florida. The National Action Network has been a tremendous help in assisting me with this issue.

Me: If you could say one thing to the young people that watched last night’s episode, what would it be?

Jennifer: My advice to young people that watched last night’s episode is please do not think violence is the answer.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are trying to create some type of couple buzz by going on a dinner date, but mostly everyone, by everyone I do mean everyone, thinks it’s a publicity stunt. I don’t know if it is or isn’t and honestly I don’t care, Kim Kardashian will never draw the same publicity as the bald blond beauty, Amber Rose. While Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are “caught” on camera on a “date”, Amber Rose is busy planning her wedding to Wiz Khalifa, and Reggie Bush is kicking it at the Playboy mansion with a bunch of playmates during the four day Playboy Celebrity Golf Finals and Lingerie Party.

The course promised good times along with Playmates, Girls of Golf, food, drinks and plenty of fun in the sun. Evening events featured the Playboy Speakeasy at the Beverly Hilton and the legendary Playboy Golf Finals Pajama and Lingerie Party at the Playboy Mansion.

…and the saga continues. It’s unclear which substance the singer was under, but Bobby Brown was indeed arrested for driving under the influence of something near LA. As I type this story, his people are on their way to bail him out of jail. I hope this doesn’t affect the New Edition concert in Houston, TX on Sunday, not trying to be selfish but I love me some New Edition plus Bobby Brown, and I have been waiting for this reunion for over 10 years now. *don’t judge me*

Bobby Brown has just been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Los Angeles … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bobby was pulled over in Reseda, CA at 12:20 PM PST for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone.

We’re told 43-year-old Bobby is currently in custody in Van Nuys jail. It’s unclear what substance cops believe Brown had been using before he got behind the wheel.

Whitney Houston‘s ex-husband already has a DUI conviction on his record stemming from an arrest in Georgia in 1996. He eventually pled guilty to DUI and served 8 days in jail.

In the words of Chris Rock, “Good Loooorrrddd that’s a lot of money!”  Usher‘s ex wife Tameka Raymond wants him to write a check for $50,000 to cover her legal fees…as they go to court for custody of their two children.  According to TMZ, Usher is basically not even considering the request, referring to it as “frivolous”.

I don’t blame him.  Not that I know the whole story but if we’re in a custody battle over our children, which basically seeks to prove one person as more stable and fit to have custody over the other parent…how are you gonna come to me for money to foot the bill?? Sounds backwards, if you ask me.  However, Usher has ALREADY given money to Tameka during this custody battle! She better take what she can get and leave it alone!  See how much money he’s forked over, when you continue…

Usher claims he’s already forked over 25k for her attorneys and has shouldered the brunt of the financial associated with this case, especially when it comes to their kids.

Bottom line … Usher feels Tameka’s actions “directly harm the best interests of the minor children. Clearly, such actions should not be tolerated, much less rewarded.”

Tameka better tread carefully.  This could possibly be used AGAINST her in the future, I would imagine.  Hope they just work towards what’s best for the children.Similar Posts:

Every two weeks, you can bet Pilar Sanders will file a new “motion” in court, in order to get free publicity on TMZ. Pilar and Deion Sanders are going through a nasty divorce, mainly because Pilar keeps running to the media making wild accusations, and leaking details about Deion’s personal life in order to overturn her pre-nup agreement. Well Pilar’s back for round three, and this time she’s leaking the names of Deion Sander’s allege mistresses. The list includes Tracey Edmonds and model Aleea Stanton. Pilar also claims that Deion is blocking her from having access to Aleea and Tracey, and that he is bribing Aleea so that she want talk about the allege affair.

Honestly, I hope the judge sees through Pilar’s antics. Deion has done a lot to turn his life around, as well as the lives of many of our youth in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Instead of fighting this out privately, Pilar is trying to drag Deion’s name through the mud in the court of public opinion. While he’s opening schools, spreading God’s love, and creating sports-based programs, Pilar is busy running to Media Take Out trying to jump start a reality TV career. Sad!

But don’t worry, at least one of the “allege mistresses” is fighting back. Tracey Edmonds released a statement, and she is not happy that her name is being used to play games…Read Tracey’s statement when you continue…

In addition to the sanctions, Pilar filed documents requesting to take depositions of several other people — including another alleged mistress by the name of Tracey Edmonds, coincidentally an ex of Eddie Murphy.

Tracey tells TMZ, ”I am shocked to learn that Pilar Sanders is trying to drag me and my employees through her pre-nuptual dispute. I cannot understand why she continues to create public issues out of her private life issues and feel very sorry for their children.”

Diddy is also among the big winners of the the 84th Academy Awards. Diddy receives his first Oscar, and no, it’s not for acting, you have not missed a Diddy movie. Diddy is actually the executive producer for the documentary, Undefeated. The documentary features a football team from Memphis, TN, and the challenges the teammates face growing up in a rough area filled with poverty. The film’s ending is just a blessing. Undefeated is directed by T.J. Martin and Daniel Lindsay. When the Academy announces that the Oscar goes to Undefeated, Martin overcome with joy drops the F-bomb. He later apologizes for his choice of language, but IMO, no apology is needed: Congrats!!!

We would like to acknowledge our fellow nominees, they have inspired us. They have inspired us in so many ways, they should be up here with us, actually, that’d be effing amazing!

…First and foremost I’d actually like to apologize for this. I don’t think it was the classiest thing. It did come from the heart. It was out of spontaneity, it was completely accidental.

I also wonder who’s in charge of seating, and who’s in charge of the presenters??? Maybe it’s just me, but The Academy has a sick sense of humor pairing two of Diddy’s lovers together on stage, Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz. Two additional surprises for Diddy in one night! I wonder what the two women talked about backstage. I”m just saying, that’s a little shady Oscar, someone should have known better!!!

Three weeks ago I got little nugget of information that Rihanna was hanging out in the studio with Chris Brown, and if I published the information Chris Brown publicist would deny it even though there was a witness. I also heard the track they were working on was a song by Chris Brown and not Rihanna.
