While most of you were preparing for Superbowl 47 weekend, many celebs flocked to Los Angeles for the 44th NAACP Image Awards, hosted by Steve Harvey at the Shrine Auditorium. Celebrity guests and honorees included, Halle Berry, Kerry Washington, Elise Neal, and Tatyana Ali.
The NAACP Image Awards was definitely a family friendly event, with child stars KeKe Palmer and China Anne McCalin of Disney’s A.N.T. Farm on the red carpet. Kerry Washington attended with her parents Earl and Valerie Washington (pictured below); Jaime Foxx was accompanied by daughter, Corrine.

We just saw Kerry Washington rocking a black dress looking just classy with a hint of sexy at the Producers Guild Awards, and now she is just gorgeous a this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG) in this beautiful two piece Rodarte gown. Kerry Washington has been on IT this award season, making everyone’s best dress list. She certainly doesn’t disappoint on the red carpet at the SAG Awards.

Kerry Washington looks absolutely classy and beautiful on the red carpet of the Producers Guild Award. Newcomer, Quvenzhane Wallis shines on the red carpet as well. I am really pulling for Quvenzhane Wallis to clean up this award season, as Beast of the Southern Wild is the best movie released in 2012, with Piranha a close second, IMHO!

Here are a few pics of Jay-Z escorting his wife, Beyonce, on the red carpet during the 57th US Inauguration for President Barack H Obama. Beyonce of course is on hand to sing the Star Spangled Banner, not to mention she and Jay-Z raised over $4 million dollars in fundraising for the Obama campaign.
