According to Nia, she loaned Jennifer Williams keys to her house and is upset that Jennifer hasn’t returned them. Why would anyone give their “boss” a set of  keys to their house? Sounds like scripted television to me, just like Gloria meeting Draya in “acting class”. Why would anyone file a police report instead of changing their locks ? The assistant — Nia Crooks (right) — filed a theft report against Jennifer Monday with the Hallandale Police Department, claiming JW is refusing to return the house keys Nia loaned her two months ago … back when they were still friends.

According to sources, Jennifer has been making thinly-veiled threats to Nia since the racetrack scuffle — things like “watch your back” — and Nia doesn’t feel comfortable with Jennifer having a key to her house.

What would make three white teens do something so awful to another kid? A girl! It seems the victim, a black teen named Joshua Merritt, was becoming too friendly with one of the boys’ cousin. Details of the incident when you continue…

I blame the parents! Obviously they are in denial because the kids admitted that it was a prank, while the parents are calling the black kid a liar. People these days have a strange sense of humor:

The incident took place Dec. 23 around 10:20 p.m. at the home of one of the alleged attackers, located in the 1600 block of West 100th Place in the city’s Beverly neighborhood on the Southwest Side, the Chicago Tribune reports.

According to Fox Chicago, the suspects, aged between 16 and 18 years old and students at Brother Rice High School, put a noose around the victim’s neck twice and held him captive in the home. They allegedly threatened to kill the victim, also a Brother Rice student, using racial epithets repeatedly and pulling out a switchblade at one point during the attack.

When he was finally able to leave the house, the victim claims one of his alleged attackers jumped him from behind with a knife and threatened to kill him again, Fox reports.

According to ABC Chicago, the teens were angry because the victim had a relationship with is one of their cousins.

Matthew Hermann, 18, of Alsip, was charged with unlawful restraint and a hate crime, both felonies, as well as misdemeanor battery, the Tribune reports. The two other alleged attackers, aged 16 and 17, are facing the same charges in juvenile court, while the 16-year-old was also charged with aggravated assault with a weapon. {White Teens Use Noose On Black Teen}

Sam Hurd, wide receiver for the Chicago Bears, is being held in federal custody after he was arrested for attempting to organize a drug-dealing network.

Hurd, 26, was in possession of over a pound of cocaine he purchased from an undercover agent at the time of his arrest, according to AP.

The wide receiver, whose deal with the Bears was announced in late July, was arrested on Wednesday night after he met with an undercover agent in a Chicago restaurant and expressed interest in purchasing 5 to 10 kilograms of cocaine and 1,000 grams of marijuana per week.

Hurd declined to comment on the charges but told reporters he believed he was still with the Bears.

Hurd allegedly told the agent he and a partner already distribute approximately 4 kilos of cocaine each week in the Chicago area, but required a new supplier to manage their demands.

After agreeing to pay the agent “dealer” $25,000 per kilogram of cocaine and $450 per pound for the marijuana, Hurd left the restaurant with a package of cocaine and was promptly arrested.

The lawsuit was filed back in April by Gate Five LLC.  Gate Five and Bey teamed up for a project to produce a videogame called Starpower: Beyonce.  Gate Five claims that Bey demanded an “extortionate”  amount of money at the last minute then pulled out once she was denied.  Gate Five claims that her last minute dropout caused quite a few people to have the worst Christmas’ ever last year…

Boosie pled guilty to smuggling codeine, marijuana and ecstasy into two state prisons. He was already serving a sentence for one drug charge and was caught smuggling other drugs (with the help of some prison guards). SMDH! That’s doing the utmost! Boosie admitted to being a drug addict in a statement to TMZ, but he’s seeing the silver lining in this dark cloud…

“Don’t worry about me,” he said in a statement to TMZ. “I am getting help with my drug addiction and I accept full responsibility for the choice I made.”

An outraged judge sentenced Michael Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray to four years in prison today for involuntary manslaughter in the singer’s death.

Judge Michael Pastor called Murray’s treatment of Jackson a “cycle of horrible medicine” and “medicine madness.”

Murray, 58, treated Jackson like a “medical experiment,” the judge said, which factored into his decision to hand down the maximum sentence of four years, which the Jackson family had requested.

WASHINGTON — Federal and local authorities investigating a shooting that struck the White House are seeking a man believed to have fled the scene on Friday shortly after gunfire was heard in the immediate vicinity. The Secret Service said that one bullet had been stopped by the reinforced windows installed inside the historic exterior glass used at the White House. One additional round was found outside.

The sounds of shooting were heard on Friday, and although the rounds discovered Tuesday have yet to be conclusively linked to that incident, officials said there was little doubt of it; an examination of the exterior of the White House was continuing, but the main concern was to find a suspect with a background of legal problems and aberrant behavior.

President Obama and the first lady, Michelle Obama, were away on Friday, when the shots were heard shortly after 9 p.m.; Mr. Obama was in San Diego on his way to an Asia-Pacific economic forum in Hawaii, and is now in Australia.

But the likelihood that shots were fired at his residence by a suspect who is not in custody will surely raise security concerns.

Secret Service agents heard multiple shots fired on Friday and witnessed a car speeding away, westbound, on Constitution Avenue, according to a law enforcement official. The car and a weapon were found, abandoned, at a corner of Constitution Avenue and 23rd Street within a couple of minutes, this official said.

The jury has just announced the guilty verdict for Dr Conrad Murray, who was on trial for involuntary manslaughter in the death of singer Michael Jackson.  Dr Murray remained emotionless as the crowd outside of the courthouse erupted in cheers.

While the cops were there, someone called LAPD and said an injured woman was in a nearby alley — it was Dourdan’s ex. Cops looked her over and it appeared she had a broken nose and she said Dourdan was the culprit.

I have no clue what is wrong with this lady, but she is definitely an advocate for handicap parking. Sure, Usher shouldn’t park in handicap parking spaces, but it really wasn’t that serious. Not serious enough to throw beer on the man, kick in his car in, and yank him up by the collar…

A witness who was at the scene tells us … when the woman first approached Usher’s car, the singer was still in the driver’s seat with his window down … so she shook up a beer and sprayed it at him.

The witness says Usher grabbed a water bottle and splashed her back … so she kicked his driver’s side door until he exited the vehicle and confronted her.

If you thought that was strange, it’s gets crazier! Nicki Minja who is not dating Safaree, although they share hotel rooms and apparently live in the same house together, both got into a fight with the maid. 

Nicki Minaj says she fired her maid for taking a picture out of the trash can, and asking for an autograph. The maid, according to Nicki Minaj, came back the day after being fired. Nicki Minaj went off, and was eventually joined by Safaree who jumped in and started pushing the maid around with his body weight. The only problem: According to other witnesses it was the wrong maid. LMBO! The agency said they sent a different maid out to the house. So Nicki Minaj and Safaree reportedly attacked the wrong help. Sometimes real life drama is just like a TV Show…

Here’s the backstory.  Law enforcement tells us, a couple of weeks ago, Nicki’s maid took a photo of the singer out of the trash and then asked Nicki to sign it.  Nicki got pissed and fired her.

Cops tell us, the maid did come back today, and Nicki became enraged and ordered her to leave. A source privy to the fight tells TMZ, the maid stood her ground, demanding not to be “treated like an animal” — at which point, Nicki allegedly said, “I’ll show you how to treat someone like an animal … get the f**k out of my house!”

Now here’s where the stories are a bit conflicting.  One source says — contrary to what the cops say –  Nicki actually made a mistake, saw another maid and assumed she was the one Nicki had fired.

We have had multiple people involved in the incident tell us … the maid Nicki confronted was NOT the same maid she fired a few weeks ago.  It was a case of mistaken identity.

Either way, Nicki’s boyfriend got in the act and began pushing the maid with his body.  The maid’s boss called the cops and filed a battery report.

Here’s what we do know…

Jim Jones was first approached by a man who remains nameless, possibly Yandy’s boyfriend, and Jim Jones reportedly handled his business. After the first guy attacked Jim Jones and reportedly lost, Jim Jones was attacked again by two other dudes. One reportedly hit Jim Jones in the head with a pipe, and Jim Jones continued to fight, until the other guy pulled out a gun. At that point Jim Jones ran for his life. Jim Jones did not reveal any names or even comment on the Yandy situation, but something tells me he knows who was behind the attack. It also sounds like Yandy’s boyfriend caught a beat down, and had to bring in re-enforcement.

Is Rihanna using this Chris Brown situation to sell albums or is there more to it??? I will tell you what I think when you continue reading…This is Rihanna’s third album since the assault has taken place, and I no longer think Rihanna is using the situation as a marketing tool, but that she is really going through the stages of dealing with a love loss and the pain of how it all ended. We Found Love is probably the most honest song she has performed regarding the assault as well as her relationship with Chris Brown.We now know it wasn’t all bad.

Honestly, I wish it would all just end already, but I understand what Rihanna is going through, and having to do it publicly isn’t easy. I know y’all think I always take Chris Brown‘s side, but I really don’t think anyone should  take sides, but just be fair about what might have happened that night between two teen lovers. Anyone who’s gotten out of bad relationship should know that it’s not easy moving on, there is something magnetic about the other person that keeps drawing you back in.

At first I was like not another Chris Brown song, but then I listened to it, and I get it. After a tragedy, you play it over and over in your head (Love the Way You Lie). You think to yourself, next time I would fight harder, next time he will be the one on the ground (Hard, Man Down). You act like it doesn’t bother you, and put on a face for the public, and you have fun being wild not caring what people think  (Rock Star, Rude Boy, Cheers, S&M). Then you realize how much you loved that person, how much of yourself you invested, and you’d give anything to have that one moment back and have it turn out differently because y’all were just so good together (We Found Love). If you can take that one moment back, then everything could have been different. The bad times wouldn’t have seem so bad, and the good times seem even better. BUT! Why did it have to end that way? Why did he have to hurt me like that? Why didn’t I just walk away or do something differently?

BTW, Rihanna is not the only one. I am convinced that Open Road by Chris Brown is farewell song, too, just done a lot more subtly with less attention drawn to it to sell records. Anyway, the two of them are maturing into adults, and next year I think the past will truly be the past. If only the media could move on, too.

But then again it could all be more manipulation to sell more Rihanna albums…(bait) IJDK

It’s incredible to see how he pulled out of it the way he did. Even when the world seemed like it was against him, you know? Obviously, I had some resentment toward him for a while, for obvious reasons. But I’ve put that behind me. It was taking up too much of my time. It was too much anger.

I really like the music he’s putting out. I’m a fan of his stuff. I’ve always been a fan. I’m really excited to see the breakthrough he’s had in his career. I would never wish anything horrible for him. Never. I never have. O_o

Malayshia is also starting Draya-drama behind the scenes. One minute Malyashia is buddy-buddy with Draya (as you can see from the video clip below) and the next moment Malayshia is talking sideways about the girl with Imani of all people. I’m just  wondering: If Draya didn’t have this child endangerment case, what other reasons would the “Basketball Wives “come up with to keep hating on her???

The good news is, this could be beginning of a new story line to pivot away from Draya, and to focus on the other wives. Naaaaan!
