Ray J has been in a lot of drama lately, and the Ray J saga continues. During the Billboard Music Awards Ray J and Pat Houston gets into a little altercation when Ray J takes it upon himself to move out of his designated seat, to sit next to Bobbi Kristina and the Houston family, uninvited. He does this right before the Whitney Houston tribute begins. Pat Houston calls security on Ray J, Ray J refuses to move. Things are getting physical when Pat finally changes her mind to avoid a huge confrontation that would have been caught on film over shadowing the tribute. Now Ray J is wrong for what he did (publicity stunt), but this is the second time Pat has been accused of foul play behind the scenes. We all know from the Oprah Winfrey interview that Pat does NOT like Ray J and she is awfully crafty at hiding her shade in a compliment.

Anyway that’s yesterday’s news. Today Ray J has been hospitalized for “fatigue and exhaustion,” after appearing disoriented in his hotel room. Get the details when you continue…

According to TMZ:

Ray J crashed and burned the morning after the Billboard Music Awards … and landed in the hospital … TMZ has learned.

We’re told Ray J was extremely upset after his confrontation with Whitney Houston‘s family — notably Pat Houston — during the awards ceremony.  On Monday morning, someone went into Ray J’s hotel room and realized the singer was “out of it” and couldn’t get out of bed.

We’re told Ray J was extremely disoriented and was immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance.

As for what happened … it’s looking like a combo of exhaustion and stress.  Ray J had just returned from a quick, 32-hour round trip to China and when he landed he immediately drove 4 hours to Las Vegas for the awards show.

Ray J is still in the hospital.  No word on when he’ll be released.

The stars hit the red carpet for yet another awards show, Billboard Music Awards. Like all awards shows there are some highlights and some low-lights. Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz hit the red carpet, dressed in black and white. That dress is working the mess out of Alicia Keys hips. I definitely saw more tweets regarding Alicia Keys’ hips than I saw tweets about Stevie Wonder’s hairline or Bobbi Kristina’s dress and wig. But I will just leave those tweets to your imagination, and focus on Alicia Keys in this dress, oh and Swizz Beatz, too.

Black and white are the colors of choice for couples on the #BBMA red carpet. Monica and husband, Shannon Brown, hit the red carpet in black and white, along with Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa, and Jason Derulo and Jordan Sparks. Speaking of Jordan Sparks…

I think she did a great job of honoring Whitney Houston by singing I Will Always Love You. Sure she is no Whitney Houston, but who is? People have undeliverable expectations when it comes to these awards show tributes, including myself. I have finally come to the realization that if the singer doesn’t fall off the stage or forget the words, then that’s the best we can hope to expect at a tribute. John Legend and Jordan Sparks didn’t fall off the stage and didn’t forget the words. So there you have it…I no longer have unrealistic expectations of these award shows tributes. Because every time I get my hopes up for an epic Whitney or Michael Jackson tribute, I am unfortunately left with, “Meh!“ and a shoulder shrug.

Brandy looks amazing in her dress. LMFAO clean up at the awards. Either you get LMFAO or you just don’t. Unfortunately I DO get them and I am a FAN. Chris Brown definitely gives us the visuals on stage shirtless with a fur coat in his mammy Tupac scarf and tail, BUT he received a lot of backlash from his peers for lip syncing. Singer Pink is his biggest critics, tweeting these words:

one day if I lipsync, I hope I do it as well as him…

Last but not least, I am touched when Bobbi Kristina accepts the Billboard Millennium Award on her mother’s behalf wearing a dress similar to one Whitney once wore, and all my other thoughts on the subject are left better yet unsaid. These subliminal tweets and lyrics, they just don’t stop. I don’t know how many times I need to say this, but unless someone “@s” you or calls out your name, please don’t assume the song is about you. Rihanna unfollows Chris Brown after learning about some new lyrics written by Breezy on a freestyle to Kanye West’s Way Too Cold (Formely Thera-Flu):

Don’t eff with my old bishes like a bad fur/Every industry ninjas done had her/Trick or treat like a pumpkin just to smash her/Bishes breaking codes, but I’m the password.

Rihanna is the first person to come to everyone’s mind, but honestly Draya Michelle was the first to come to my mind #NOSHADE. Notice in the lyrics Breezy says “bishes” (plural) meaning more than one, so this song isn’t about Rihanna, or should I say JUST Rihanna, it’s about ALL the women that didn’t matter. Well Rihanna reacts to the song by unfollowing Chris Brown on twitter, and Chris Brown responds with this tweet.

Well if the lyrics weren’t about Rihanna then, they probably are now. After all that has happened, these two still have trouble communicating, even in subliminal tweets. Poor Chris Brown, he can’t WIN for nothing…

The case is over for now, even though there is a lengthy divorce proceeding ahead. Deion and Pilar Sanders have been cleared of domestic abuse charges, and the children will not have to take the stand. Pilar is not allowed to use corporal punishment as discipline on her children, unless she is spanking them on the bottom with her hand, due to other violent incidents with the boys. Deion will maintain custody of his sons at his Proper, TX Estate, and Pilar will get custody of their daughter and will need to find another place to stay. The fight is over, and Pilar will have to move out.

Deion Sanders leaves the court wheeling a giant statue, and when asked for a comment, he replies, “God is good!” According to Pilar and her friend, Dee Boswell, Deion uses the statue to hit Pilar over the head, smashing her thumb in the process. Deion and his lawyer brings the nearly six feet statue into the court to show how ridiculous Pilar’s version of the events are. Pilar also tells the court that Deion repeatedly choked her and threw her down stairs and against the glass doors. Given Pilar’s violent history, I don’t think the judge believes her version of events. However, the judge drops the domestic violent charges against Pilar because Deion wasn’t hurt nor did he suffer any pain. The judge calls the incident a simple assault.

Oh this just got more serious! The reason why Prosper, TX cops were so quick to arrest Pilar Sanders after the domestic abuse dispute at the Sanders’ home two weeks ago, is because three days prior Pilar locked her youngest son in the room with her and refused to let him out…even after cops arrived. When cops arrived she began screaming and yelling. They could hear the youngest child crying out for help before letting out a loud scream and being released:

He described an incident at the couple’s home on April 20. He said he and the boys had come back from Oklahoma and were picking up some clothes before heading back. He said Pilar wanted to see the couple’s younger son, so the boy went to her room. He testified that Pilar locked the boy in her room and wouldn’t let him out. Sanders said the boy was yelling, “Daddy, get me. Let me out of here.”

Deion said he called Prosper police. When officers arrived, they asked Pilar to open the door. She yelled at them and refused to open the door. Deion said that after 15 minutes, she cracked the door and his son could be seen wrestling to get out. She shut the door again. Deion said that after another 30 minutes, they heard his son let out a cry, and police demanded that she open the door.

The boy came out “holding his shoulder. He was hit again,” Deion testified. “I grabbed my son, we got in the car and left.” He said he couldn’t see what occurred in the room between his wife and his son. “I can only assume what happened.” {Source}

 

That’s not all, Pilar was also arrested for pulling two knives out, YES KNIVES, on Deion Sanders’ Aunt, Laura Jones:

Deion Sanders also testified about a confrontation in January when police were called after a fight between his aunt, Laura Jones, and Pilar. He said his wife ran out of the house with two knives in her hands and Jones’ dress, which she’d ripped off. After she dropped the knives, police handcuffed her and placed her in a squad car. Deion Sanders testified that he went to the car to see if she needed anything.

“She said, ‘Can you get me my shoes and some lip gloss?’ I said, ‘At a time like this you’re worried about your Ugg boots and lip gloss? This is pathetic,’ ” he testified.

He said he got her the boots but not the lip gloss. She was later released.

He briefly described an incident in early April when Pilar tried to snatch the couple’s son out of his room and he called police. Deion Sanders said his estranged wife also insulted his 18-year-old son late last year when he was visiting the couple’s home.

Deion Sanders took the stand this morning to testify in a protective order hearing extending from a domestic abuse dispute with his wife, Pilar Sanders, on April 23rd. According to Deion Sanders, wife Pilar became upset after finding out that Deion Sanders asked school administration to prohibit Pilar from picking up their 10-year old son from school, because the son was “scared to death” of his mother, who had become abusive.

When Pilar Sanders came home, Deion and his youngest son were in the closet packing for a trip. Pilar asked to see her son. After being told to wait, Pilar became irate and began screaming and yelling to see her son. Deion Sanders immediately called the police. Deion Sanders also said he was locked in his room, but eventually unlocked the door to talk with Pilar. He claimed that’s when Pilar knocked open the door and started kicking, biting, and scratching him. After a busted lip, Deion said he pinned Pilar’s arms to her side, screamed at her, “Get out of my house.” By this time police arrived and arrested Pilar Sanders.

After Deion finished his testimony, Pilar’s lawyer revealed she secretly recorded the incident O_0 (*whispers set-up*)…The lawyer asked Deion if he wanted to take anything back or change his story. Deion declined, and the tape confirmed much of his story. Check out what was revealed in the recordings…

The court listened to about 28 minutes of audio recorded by Pilar. She can be heard repeatedly asking to see her younger son because she hadn’t seen him in days. Her older son is pleading with her to leave. Then Pilar uses an expletive. She can be heard screaming multiple times, then there’s a crash, and Deion yelling over and over, “Get out of my house!” The yelling back and forth continues. Pilar calls him an adulterer, a punk and a little girl. He keeps repeating, “Get out of my house, please. Get out of my house.”

Prosper police arrive about 25 minutes into the recording. After the recording was played, Larry Friedman, Pilar’s attorney, asked Deion if he wanted to change his testimony. Deion said no. Friedman asked whether Deion hit his wife. Deion said no. The recording, he said, “validated everything I said.” {via Dallas News Crime Blog}

Deion testified that he and his 10-year-old son were in his closet packing for an out-of-town trip on April 23 when his oldest son came in, saying that Pilar wanted to see the younger son.

Deion Sanders said they’d be out soon.

Five minutes later, he testified, he heard his wife screaming, and the couple’s oldest son saying, “Mommy, no you told me you weren’t going to do this.”

When she came into the room, he testified, he asked her to get out.

“She started screaming and cussing me out as usual in front of the kids,” Deion testified.

He said he locked the door to keep her out and that she started kicking it, demanding to see their son.

Deion testified that he called 911.

He said he then opened the locked door a crack. “She kicked it really good and knocked it into my shoulder,” he said. “I grabbed her, turned her around, pinned down her arms and carried her out.”

He denied slamming her against a wall, denied choking her, and denied hitting her.

He said there was no glass broken, refuting earlier testimony from a piano teacher who said she heard glass break. He also said both boys were in his bedroom area during the confrontation.

He said Pilar was kicking as he put her down and that she knocked over a statue outside the door. He said Dee Boswell, a friend of his wife’s, was outside the door and surprised him. He said she had a camera phone, and he knocked it out of her hand.

Boswell then started hitting him, he testified. He said he stepped on her phone out of anger.

“I crushed it,” he said. “I stepped on it again.” He said he then threw it into the back yard.

Deion Sanders said he had recorded the April 23 incident. Pilar Sanders’ attorney Larry Friedman asked that he produce the recording. The judge overruled that request.

Last night the NY Knicks won their first post season game against Miami Heat in this series, and they have the Keys-Beatz family to thanks. According to Swizz Beatz, every Knicks game he attends, the Knicks win. It’s true of last night, but if that’s really the case Swizz probably should attend every game here on out because Miami is leading the New York 3-to-1. I really like him more and more—he may worry about posturing and void inside but he is a brimming and integrated character.

Today, for the first time, Barack sat on the edge of the bed—dressed—blue jeans and luscious ladies on his chest [a comfy T-shirt depicting buxom women], the end of the front section of the Sunday Times in his hand, looking out the window, and the quality of light reflected from his eyes, windows of the soul, heart, and mind, was so clear, so unmasked, his eyes narrower than he usually holds them looking out the window, usually too aware of me.

The sexual warmth is definitely there—but the rest of it has sharp edges and I’m finding it all unsettling and finding myself wanting to withdraw from it all. I have to admit that I am feeling anger at him for some reason, multi-stranded reasons. His warmth can be deceptive. Tho he speaks sweet words and can be open and trusting, there is also that coolness—and I begin to have an inkling of some things about him that could get to me.

Who here is a fan of the Khloe & Lamar show?  Well, you may have to rely on reruns for a while because Khloe Kardashian shared with Access Hollywood that they will be taking a break from the show.  Khloe assures everyone that it’s not a cancellation; they just want to spend some time together.

The star explained they want to focus on spending quality time with each other, family and focusing on the NBA star’s career. Lamar was recently placed on the Dallas Mavericks’ inactive list after a disappointing season on the court.

“We just want the summer to ourselves and for his kids and his career,” Khloe said of her husband, who has two children from a previous relationship. “It’s not an end, it’s just a pause.”

I don’t watch the show but after hearing about Lamar leaving my beloved Dallas Mavericks, I kind of figured they may need to rework some things. I don’t think they were expecting that at all.  But, during their down time, Lamar will be considering what they may have in store for the next season:

“We’re going to strike gold, have a baby!” he said with a smile.

“Have a baby, I guess,” Khloe added with a laugh. “We try all the time, it’s more fun for practice.”

The other half of our favorite celebrity twins is pregnant. Tamera Mowry-Housley is pregnant with her first child and she confirms the new with People Magazine. Also, Tia & Tamera has been picked up for a second season, so we will see some of this unfold this summer when the show returns. Congrats! I can’t wait to see this bundle of joy. Perhaps next time the sisters will time their pregnancies just right, and give birth to twin cousins.

Adam and I are excited about having a baby and the blessing that he or she will bring to our lives and to our family and friends. We can’t wait to meet this little miracle!

Chris Brown is still awaiting the outcome of a Miami-Dade investigation where the singer is accused of stealing Christal Spann’s iPhone. Chris Brown was getting his life back in order, including a public reconciliation with Rihanna, plus two new duets also with Rihanna. Just when things were going great, Crystal Spann accused Brown of stealing her cell phone after she snapped a picture of the singer in the back of his limo. Since the allegation went public, Chris Brown has been under the radar, just reaching out to his fans via twitter. He has also pushed back his album release date, and he’s notably absent from the promotion circuit for Think Like A Man. Chris Brown’s future is in limbo pending the results of the Miami-Dade investigation, which can affect his probation in Los Angeles. The singer has managed to stay out of trouble for three out of the fives years of his probation, and hopefully things will work out for Team Breezy. New pictures of Chris Brown in Australia, show a young man who has lost a lot of weight, which is very noticeable in the face.

GOOD NEWS:  BUT, by his side is his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. The singer has other good news, he will be featured on the Today’s Show Summer Concert Series, hitting the stage June 8. His album Fortune will be released July 3rd. Last but not least, the singer turned businessman is selling puppies online. Remember when Pilar Sanders accused Deion Sanders of cheating with Tracey Edmons (who seems to have a thing for men going through a divorce). Either Pilar Sanders was telling the truth or she pushed Tracey and Deion together, because Deion Sanders and Tracey Edmonds stepped out on the red carpet looking very much like a couple during a New York event, Streetcar Named Desire. I wasn’t going to post the story because pictures do lie, but the fight allegations and police reports just added another level of OMG-oodness!

Meanwhile back at the ranch…

According to TMZ, the Sanders have police and fire and rescue outside of their Prosper, TX estate. Deion Sanders just called the cops on Pilar Sanders and one of her friends, Dee Boswell, for jumping him in front of his sons. However, according to reports Pilar Sanders is the one being transported to the hospital for “medical attention”. Not only did Deion Sanders call the cops, he tweeted about it, too. Above is a picture of him and his sons filling out police reports. Yes, the babies are filing out police reports against their mother cause they know she’s going to claim assault and battery. Deion Sanders‘ nuclear divorce has gone to DEFCON 2 because he just called police after his  estranged wife allegedly jumped him … and now he wants to see her locked up.

TMZ has learned there is a police car and a fire truck outside Deion’s home in suburban Dallas. We spoke with Deion … who told us Pilar Sanders was transported to the hospital after claiming she needed medical attention.

Deion tells us he was in his bedroom when Pilar busted in with a friend and began “kicking, biting, and scratching” him in front of his sons. He says he defended himself until he was able to call police.

Moments after the alleged attack … Deion tweeted, “Pray for me and my kids now! They just witnessed their mother and a friend jump me in my room. She’s going to jail n I’m pressing charges!”

William Balfour, the ex-boyfriend of Jennifer Hudson’s sister,  is on trial today for the murder of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother, and nephew. The singer has suffered a great loss, but she took the stand today to fight for justice for her family. While on the stand Hudson became emotional when talking about the last time she saw her family. Jennifer Hudson definitely needs words of encouragement and lots prayer as she faces the man accused of murdering three of her family members in court.

Here are the details from inside the courtroom today according to TMZ:

Jennifer Hudson dissolved into tears as she testified at the trial of the man accused of murdering her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.

Hudson broke down when the prosecutor asked her about the last time she saw her family.  She said her last visit was just days before the slaughter.

Hudson broke down again when the prosecutor handed her a photo of her mom.

Most relevant to the case … Hudson told jurors no one in her family wanted her sister to date William Balfour, the man accused of the triple murder.  She said she always tried to keep her distance from Balfour.

So…Dezmon Briscoe, Royce Reed’s new boof *in my my Beyonce voice*, has a baby mama named Christina Nero. Well, Christina Nero decides to put Dezmon Briscoe and Royce Reed’s relationship on blast via twitter. Christina claims Dez has been sending her racy texts messages trying to get back with her *whispers in the bed only* and then posts those texts online for all to see. How tacky is that?

Even if the very sexually graphic texts are real, what type of person would do that? Must be someone who’s jealous, desperate, and insecure. Anyway, Royce Reed calls Christina out about the texts and accuses Christina of faking the texts just to stir up drama. It looks like Royce may have a point. The whole thing seems quite suspicious, and I kind of  agree with Royce that the texts are fake. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are trying to create some type of couple buzz by going on a dinner date, but mostly everyone, by everyone I do mean everyone, thinks it’s a publicity stunt. I don’t know if it is or isn’t and honestly I don’t care, Kim Kardashian will never draw the same publicity as the bald blond beauty, Amber Rose. While Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are “caught” on camera on a “date”, Amber Rose is busy planning her wedding to Wiz Khalifa, and Reggie Bush is kicking it at the Playboy mansion with a bunch of playmates during the four day Playboy Celebrity Golf Finals and Lingerie Party.

The course promised good times along with Playmates, Girls of Golf, food, drinks and plenty of fun in the sun. Evening events featured the Playboy Speakeasy at the Beverly Hilton and the legendary Playboy Golf Finals Pajama and Lingerie Party at the Playboy Mansion.
