President Obama Wins 4 More Years…Yes We Did That!

I can’t believe it. We did it!!! I am so happy and I am so excited that I don’t have the words. I am patiently waiting for my First Family and President of these United States of America to hit his strut on the stage to give a speech that I hope will bring people together. Right now the nation is waiting for Mitt Romney to concede. As much I would like to gloat, I understand how hard it must be. This has been a long hard election process. I’m sure it hurts to not win. But tomorrow is another day with a Republican controlled congress so it’s time we start working together for the greater good of this nation. There really are no losers, America has sent the message that we need to come together and COMPROMISE our way out of this debt and deficit.

I love Mariah Carey and her antics. Anyone who can make someone go postal while remaining calm, I can’t help but love. I’m just saying Mariah Carey’s pinky can unleash Roman reloaded. Anyway, Mariah Carey wants you to know that she voted for President Obama, and she captured it all on camera for your viewing pleasure. I bet she has security and a camera crew, too. I heart Mariah.

President Obama Near Tears In Last Campiagn Speech…Fired Up! Ready To Go!!!

If President Obama wins tonight he just may catch the Holy Ghost and Cat Daddy all across the stage especially with all of the comments he’s had to endure since he stepped on the scene. Just cause this man doesn’t get emotional when people disrespect him, do not think for one second that it’s easy maintaining decorum with people investing in your failure. Last night we got a glimpse of how emotional campaigning can be as President Obama got a little teary eyed when talking about how it all began while giving his final speech in Iowa, where it all really began. Finally, he retells the story of Edith Childs, the lady who came up with Fire Up…Ready to Go!!!

TLC In Talks To Tour With Hologram Left-Eye

To this day, the clip of hologram Tupac performing at Coachella sends a chill through me. I mean, it was spot on. Had his movements down. He was rapping lyrics and talking to the crowd like he was really there…it was a sight to see. But apparently that’s been in the works for TLC. Rozanda ‘Chilli’ Thomas told The Metro that she and Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins have been working to get a hologram Lisa ‘Left-Eye’ Lopes on tour with them before.

Singer Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas told Metro: ‘The hologram is something we talked about and thought about years ago, obviously timing is everything but we’re definitely talking about it.’

The death of Left-Eye – who was killed in a car crash in 2002 aged 30 – is still painful for Chilli and bandmate Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins, 42, but they want to give their fans what they’ve been asking for.

‘It will be hard on us but I certainly think our fans would love to see it,’ said Chilli. ‘We would definitely be the first group to ever do it. Continue Reading →

While she got her vote on today, her husband Jay-Z was up in Ohio yesterday at the rally for President Barack Obama, along with Bruce Springsteen. VOTE NOW PLEASE…V-O-T-E…VOTE!!!

I know if you’re reading this blog it’s because you have voted already (yea), or you are waiting in a long line while you’re voting and just need a bit of entertainment. Surely you’re not interested in who Chris Brown is dating today (Rihanna or Karrueche) before you’re able to exercise your right to vote. I mean I want judge you, (wait…actually I will). I can’t tell you who to vote for *whispers President Obama* but I feel obligated to tell you how important your vote really is. Think about it: President Bush won by less that 300 votes in a country with about 126 million people voting. Even if you live in a red state or blue state, your vote is still very important because it contributes to the national popular vote. You don’t want your candidate to just win by the electoral college, you want him to win with the nation behind him.

When you vote you get a cool sticker like the one below. Who doesn’t like stickers.

Hopefully this persuades you to do something. If you have a friend or family member that is being lazy, go get them and drag their butts to the polls. Too many lives have been lost just so we can VOTE!
