Do you guys remember the Time Magazine cover of Jaime Lynne Grumet breastfeeding her 3 year old son? It was an extreme magazine cover that sparked a huge talk in breast feeding and how long one should breast feed all over the country. And it seems that it was such a hot topic that executive producer Jeff Collins is developing a new show about extreme parenting. Collins, who is the person behind Lifetime‘s Dance Moms, said that he was inspired by the Time cover to push a show such as this, according to Yahoo! Shine.
“That [Time magazine] cover proves what I’ve been saying for the last year — America has become a country of extremes,” Jeff Collins, president of Collins Avenue Productions, told Yahoo! Shine. “I think it’s so fascinating that some Americans find the image of woman breastfeeding to be provocative, shocking,

Charlamagne Tha God the host of Breakfast Club Morning Show on Power 105.1 in New York was attacked yesterday morning by three men. According to Necole Bitchie, this all started one week ago when a “wannabe rapper” approached Charlamagne for a drop. A drop is when a radio station or a celebrity says the name of your group, radio station, or blog to help promote it. It’s an endorsement basically. Charlemagne informs the “rapper” that he needs to come up to the radio station for a drop instead of asking on the street. A week later this guy shows up 5 in the morning (5 AM) to ask Charlamagne about that drop again, this time with two other men and a camera. The three men attack Charlamagne on the street on his way to work, and Charlamagne runs for his life. All of this is caught on tape and ends up on World Star Hip-Hop. But Why?
That’s just how thirsty some people are! Charlamagne did the right thing by running. He has my respect!!!
But in all honesty this is about more than a drop, I wonder who is really behind this attack? Who mad?
Uh oh. This might be a time that Chris Brown needs to go on and have a seat somewhere and focus on this, and less on his “beef” with Drake. According to the Associated Press, a judge has ordered an audit to be done of Chris Brown‘s community work, to be sure that he actually completed the hours he was sentenced to. If you recall, Chris was sentenced to complete six months’ worth of community service as a part of his probation for domestic abuse against Rihanna. Chris was supposed to complete his hours in Virginia, his home state, doing various manual labor jobs such as graffiti removeal and roadside clean up.
It IS a good sign that Chris‘ attorney Pat Harris didn’t object to the audit after hearing about it. The courts claimed to have received detailed logs of Chris‘ work in the past but that isn’t the case for the more recent updates. Since he’s doing his service throughout Virginia it COULD just be a matter of paperwork at this point. But that won’t keep Chris from heading back to court…
