Even after her box office epic failure in Battleship, Rihanna gets another shot on the big screen.
The pop super-star has signed on to play the lead voice in Happy Smekday!, a DreamWorks Animation adaptation of the award-winning book The True Meaning of Smekday by Adam Rex.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, this will be the voice acting debut for Rihanna, who made her live-action film debut in this summer’s Battleship.
