If you have been watching The Game, like me, you’ve probably noticed that Melanie, played by Tia Mowry-Hardrict has gained a little extra weight. The Game was filmed just six weeks after Tia Mowry gave birth to baby Cree via caesarean. If you’ve been watching The Game, like me, you probably haven’t noticed what Tia Mowry looks like today. Not only has she lost all of the baby weight, but she’s in the best shape of her life. Because Tia delivered Cree via c-section, she wasn’t able to exercise the weeks before filming The Game. So dropping weight the Hollywood way (three days post-partum), just wasn’t possible. Instead Tia says that she focused on cutting carbs and sugar while adding more protein and vegetables, until she was able to return to a workout regimen.
