I hope you and your family are enjoying this special day together. I hope you have given more than you have received. I am on my way to church this morning with my family (my handsome husband and two beautiful sons) to teach Sunday School, but I had to say Merry Christmas to my cyber family as well; I am so blessed to have you in my life. So please have a fun, safe, Christmas, and remember what it’s all about. Not the gifts, but the Gift. So, I leave you with my favorite Christmas moment, Charlie Brown, because it is the only clip I know, that clearly tells you what Christmas is all about in plain biblical terms. You may not believe, but I hope you will listen. Merry Christmas!!!
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them:
Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
