I am certain that Beyonce and Jay-Z had their pregnancy planned at least a year in advance. Why? Because Beyonce is an amazing business woman and understands that fans would be very eager for her to give birth to little Child of Destiny (I’ll be here all night, ladies and gentlemen!) and get back to making music. In a brilliant move, she’s putting out a live concert DVD called Live At Roseland.
Bey performed a series of 4 intimate concerts in New York and has put them together with additional footage. This will keep her fans satisfied for at least a year or so. Enough time to give birth and have some mommy time. Three clips from the DVD have been released thus far, giving us a look into the concert and personal moments. The lastest clip, I Was Here, (which is one of the three songs I truly love on the wackass 4 album) includes clips of her life and career up until now, including a quick glimpse at her faboulous wedding dress. Tyler Perry has been under fire for casting Kim Kardashian in his latest film, The Marriage Counselor starring Jurnee Smolett and Lance Gross. I am not sure why people are outraged that Kim Kardashian has a real job and real acting part, but they’re letting Tyler Perry have piece of their wrath. So in order to explain, or defend his decision, Tyler Perry sends you this message:

I think many of you know that this is a very difficult time of year for me, so what I try to do is make sure that I’m working during this time. All I wanted to do was shoot a great film and try to keep my mind off the holiday grief that I have been experiencing for the past two years. I could not have imagined I’d be getting all these emails about Kim Kardashian. I HAVE SEEN THEM!! YOU HAVE BEEN HEARD!! …LOL. Now, may I say something? Can a brother get a word in?….LOL. Y’all gave me a new movie title, Tyler Perry’s “Diary of a Mad Black Woman Cause You Hired Kim Kardashian, Don’t Make Me Take Off My Earrings and Boycott Yo A**.”…LOL. Some of my ladies are upset. This movie is about a young lady named Judith (Jurnee Smolett), who grew up in the countryside of Virginia in a trailer park. She was raised in the church by her mother Sarah (Ella Joyce). Judith married her childhood sweetheart Brice (Lance Gross) and had the perfect life until she graduated college and went to work in the big city. After college, all she wanted to do was be a marriage counselor, but the only job she could find was working for a matchmaker named Janice (Vanessa Williams). So imagine my surprise when I saw this picture…Why would someone photoshop the President of the United States of America kissing another world leader, and think that it’s okay? Well, this picture is part of the Un-Hate Campaign from the United Colors of Benetton, which photoshops world leaders from around the world, including the Pope, embraced in a man-on-man kiss.
The images are very strong, but we have to send a strong message. We are not wanting to be disrespectful of the leaders … we consider them “conception figures” making a statement of brotherhood with a kiss.
This is no different from black face. I have to disagree with the Un-Hate Campaign on this one. There are so many proud gay and lesbian couples that would pose for this campaign. BUT Read More Here…
According to Huffington Post, two shots have been fired at The White House. Authorities are investigating the shots which hit one of the windows on the residential level of The White House, where the first family lives. No worries, the windows are bullet proof and seem to have done their job of stopping the bullet, but it’s interesting that someone could possibly get this close to The White House in the first place. The suspect has not been caught, yet, after a hit and run drive by on The White House. SECURITY! *in my Evelyn voice*

In the midst of hearing about health issues for some of the most well-known music acts recently, this is really an awesome story to hear. Rapper Fat Joe has lost…*drumroll* 100 pounds!! And counting! That’s almost equivalent to losing an adult! Fat Joe opened up to CNN to discuss his life and weight loss.
Fat Joe says that all his life, all he’d really known was being over weight. He’s had diabetes since he was 14 years old. Food was love and the fame gave him greater access to enjoying all of life’s culinary treats. But it was what happened in 2010 that really changed this for him:
Last year alone, I had six friends die of heart attacks. Most of them were younger than me, but they were my same size. So I had one friend who was funnier than me. He was cooler than me. Obviously God loved him and he still died. I couldn’t believe that he died of a heart attack at 32/33 years old. He has a daughter my same age. And it was the weirdest thing. I went to his funeral. Not only was I sad, but I was just like, “This is me.” I couldn’t see a clearer picture of what’s the difference between me and him – of me being in a casket and my daughter running around the funeral home – and you know, she doesn’t have a dad anymore.

There’s always two sides to the story, and according to an eye witness, an altercation between Carol Rodriguez (the unknown now known girlfriend), Nick Young, and Teyana Taylor really did take place at the Supperclub, Thursday night. However according to a close friend, Teyana Taylor did not get punched in the face, BUT she did throw a drink on Carol Rodriguez, who is Nick Young’s ex. Apparently Carol Rodriguez was at the Supperclub, intentionally starting drama at a table next to Nick Young, causing a scene. Carol was later escorted out of the club by security.
