Last night Swizz Beatz tweeted a picture of a pink Lotus that he purchased for Alicia Keys on his birthday. Yes, on his birthday, he got his wife, Alicia Keys, a very very expensive present. Generally there is nothing wrong with buying your wife a expensive gift and most people would say, “How Romantic?” However, Swizz Beatz is dealing with some “cheating” rumors and now the gift seems more like an I’m sorry gift, you know like the $4 million ring Kobe Bryant bought Vanessa. I think the best way to deal with the “cheating” rumors is to just ignore them because everything Swizz Beatz does positive or negative is under a microscope right now. If he wants the “cheating” rumors to go away, tweeting this picture will do the opposite. Besides, Swizz Beatz has more to lose than Christina Elizabeth has to gain. Just ignore!
The effects from the rumors are not going away too soon because Christina Elizabeth has confirmed to us that it was indeed her lost phone and that the text messages are real. She also released a long statement to Bossip confirming the details and standing by her accusations. If Christina Elizabeth is not telling the truth it will hurt her career more than it will help it, not ALL publicity is good publicity. The beautiful Miss Angola, Leila Lopes took home the top prize as the most beautiful woman in the UNIVERSE. Not only is she beautiful, but she is a smart business student who is very secure in her own skin. When asked if she would change anything about herself, she kindly told the judges that her beauty is deeper, it comes from within. Lopes’ platform is to help her country, Angola (southwest Africa), recover from war and poverty, as well as fighting the HIV/AIDS epidemic globally.
Man is she adorable!!! Leila Lopes was born in Benguela Province in Angola, but her parents are from Cape Verde, a small island off the coast of Africa with heavy Portuguese influence. (The same place Amber Rose family from).
Earlier in the contest, Lopes had been asked what she might change about her physical characteristics if she could, but Lopes said she was satisfied with who she was.

Rumor has it that a young songwriter by the name of Christina Elizabeth, lost her cell phone, and in that cell phone were some intimate text messages via “Blackberry Messenger” between Christina and Swizz Beatz? First let me just say, there is no proof that these are really Swizz Beatz’s text messages, but they were found on singer/songwriter Christina Elizabeth’s phone addressed to a person named Swizz with a Swizz Beatz avatar from twitter.
Meet 23-year-old Christina Elizabeth. She’s a singer/writer on the rise from Houston, TX who reportedly met Swizz back in 2007 at a birthday party for Solange. Apparently they’ve been in contact for some time, as she was alleged to have been one of the reasons for his break up with Mashonda as well. Apparently she lost her phone recently and her convos w/ the famed producer fell into the wrong hands. In their conversations they often call each other “Bro” and “Sis” but things are far from platonic. Bobbi Kristina releases a video of her singing Adele, Someone Like You. Can she sing like her mother, Whitney Houston? The answer is No! She can’t even sing like Bobby Brown, but to her defense my expectations were set really high. First she’s the daughter of Whitney Houston, who’s the daughter of Cissy Houston and cousin to Dione Warwick, so obviously Bobbi Kristina has some big shoes to feel. Secondly, she’s singing Adele’sSomeone Like You, and at this very moment Someone Like You is my favorite song. Therefore, my expectations are up there. Everyone that is old enough remembers where they were on September 11th, 2001. I honestly can’t believe it has been 10 years since the twin towers and the pentagon were attacked. What I like most about that time is feeling so united with fellow Americans no matter their race or political affiliation. I saw the best in humanity on that day and the days following, and although it was tragic, it was comforting to know that Americans will stick together and fight for each others lives in any crisis. I was at work in Dallas, TX on September 11th. Our office stood around a small hand held portable TV with mouths opened and in total shock, trying to get as much information as possible in real time. And when that second plane hit, we were all just speechless and broken.
But today’s a new day, and there’s a beautiful memorial and museum in New York that reminds us of our survival, 9-1-1. Visit the museum and memorial page at 911memorial.org.
