Adele has finally released the video for her hit Someone Like You, off her album 21. I always watch the VMA live performance of Someone Like You, so I’m glad there’s finally a new video. Truth be told, I love the song Rolling in the Deep, but that video didn’t make a lick of sense; it was an awful video for such a great song.

Let’s all take a moment to celebrate the fact that today is Friday! *various 90s hip hop dances* I don’t know about you, but at the end of my work week, I like to indulge in any and everything that makes me laugh. Remember when I posted about Tyra Bank’s fashion and beauty site TypeF earlier this week?
Well, it seems the word got out about the downright horrid videos posted. TypeF responded by yanking down nearly all ALL of their hairstyling videos. They first removed the natural videos posted then decided to just do one big wig snatch and take them all down. They also released a statement on their YouTube page:

That’s a step in the right direction, THAT’S for sure. British rumors are circulating that Rihanna is smitten over UK boxer/model Dudley O’Shaughnessy. I know this is just a rumor to keep us talking about the We Found Love video (bait), but let’s pretend it’s not a publicity stunt, and that Rihanna has actually found love with her leading man on the set of her video for We Found Love. A little too perfect, but let’s just pretend.
One thing that comes to my mind when I look at his pictures, is not another Chris Brown archetype, and the blond hair, though. It’s safe to say that Rihanna definitely has a type (light skinned tall and thin and dangerous athletic). I recently was hit up by a friend, asking for my opinion on something he read. He shoots me the link and I look at the title of the “article”: The Wayward Woman’s Guide What a Man Wants: A Food Diagram. I see that and think to myself, well…I guess this will be another instructional tool for women on how to get a man…but this food diagram angle is intriguing…
I click on the link and I’m lead to Absolut-ism, a site where a group of bloggers share thoughts, info and opinions. I’ve gone to this site before, for other articles. Some humorous, others borderline offensive. But let’s get back to this particular post.
After reading it, I have to admit it was hard for me to read without formulating a less than stellar opinion about it and the author. I can see why my friend shared it with me. I proudly say all the time that while I don’t know everything, I do know people. My assessments of people are pretty much spot on, within moments of any kind of interaction with them. I chalk it up to being a Cancerian and learning how to interact with many times of people in my life.

There are days when things on Twitter go wrong for celebrities. Then, there’s those days when things go right. Personally, there’s nothing I love more than a celeb who can just be real and straight forward. They use Twitter as a tool to show the person behind the image, reminding you that behind the fame and (sometimes) fortune, they’re really no different than most people. DMX joined Twitter back in August but now that he’s finally out of jail at the moment, he’s taken to tweeting like a fish to water.

Ouch! By now you have heard about Rihanna’s topless photos from the set of her new video, We Found Love. By now you may also know that the farmer who owns the land where the video is being shot in Northern Ireland is outraged that Rihanna is frolicking topless on his property. The farmer, Alan Graham (61), also has a few extra words for the singer according to the BBC:
I thought it was inappropriate. I requested them to stop and they did. I had my conversation with Rihanna and I hope she understands where I’m coming from. We shook hands.
