Rihanna looked refreshing on the red carpet in all white. She is really a beautiful person, and her performance last night wasn’t half bad. If Rihanna was a strong singer, I would definitely be a stan. Kelly Rowland was giving me motivation on the red carpet in that dress (must hit the gym). Michelle Williams was so cute in her black mini dress. Beyonce kept it simple in black, and Mary J Blige couldn’t get enough of cheetah print.
Yes, the best moment of last night was not a performance, but Beyonce’s acceptance speech. Beyonce thanked her family, but more importantly, in my opinion, she thanked Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and founding members LeToya and LaTavia. Honestly, I was just excited to know that everything was good between Beyonce and Kelly Rowland, but to thank all the members of Destiny’s Child, except for Farrah Franklin of course, was just the highlight of the whole evening.
LeToya Luckett was touched by the speech, and I think it felt good to be acknowledge for the hard work she’s put into the group over the years, as well.

Last night, LisaRaye celebrated her all-new, upcoming VH1 show, Single Ladies, at Jeffrey-Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, GA alongside fashion and style editor, LaConia Dean of Upscale Magazine. The high-end shoe boutique was filled with local celebrities, fans and the crew of “Single Ladies” which also included Stacy A. Littlejohn who co-created the show with Queen Latifah.
“Single Ladies” is not only about love and relationships, it is also a modern, sexy series set in the world of Atlanta’s fashion, music, and celebrity scene. Single Ladies also co-stars Stacey Dash and up and coming actress, Charity Shea.
Single Ladies is VH1′s first-ever scripted show and will premiere on Monday, May 30 at 9 AM ET/8 CT.
LisaRaye also admitted that this is also her 10th year of wearing white every single day. To me, that shows commitment and I am happy to see her moving on in life with much success.

The hottest part of Beyonce’s Run The World (Girls) video, in my opinion, was the opening dance scene…You know the part where Beyonce does the shoulder-work in gorilla fur vest. I think the whole video should just have included more incredible dance moves with members of Tofo Tofo, the Mozambican kwaito dance group in the video. There are three members in the group, but only two appeared in the video. Although we know the group is called Tofo Tofo, the actual names of the dancers haven’t been published.
Beyonce and her team discovered Tofo Tofo on Youtube, and tracked them down in Mozambique to be in her video. In order to find the dancers Beyonce’s team had to enlist the help of the Mozambique embassy.
I feel like we really nailed it and, again, my hats off to the Tofo Tofo guys [from Africa], ’cause none of us could imitate that. We had to bring them around to learn that [move], which is really, really interesting. They had such a great vocabulary of movement.” {read more at Concrete Loop}
Chris Brown and girlfriend, Karrueche Tran (Kae), were spotted at Disneyland having fun and looking too doggone cute for words. Simply known as beautiful in his tweet, we later learn from pics that said beautiful birthday girl is Kae.
