Bafoonery pays off! Members of the Jersey Shore cast just got a six figure increase to their salaries, per episode. Let’s see Evelyn Lozada of Basketball Wives will make about $20,000 per episode on season 3, and she had to stoop to a low level for those coins. Evelyn will make about $200,000 for the whole season, while the core members of Jersey Shore will make that before episode three even airs. According to Pop Eater, Snooki, The Situation, J-Wow, and Pauly D were holding out for negotiations, and it seems to have paid off.

As has been reported, the eight-member cast has just finished their salary negotiations. Multiple sources close to the matter tell EW the deal has members of the “core group” now pulling down at least $100,000 per episode, especially once you factor in their bonus structure. The new raise for the “core group” is a big one, too. The cast reportedly made $10,000 per episode for Season 2, and around $30,000 per episode for Season 3.
And while the $100,000 per episode paycheck is certainly a lot of dough, it’s nothing compared to the stars’ annual income from club appearances and endorsements. It’s been reported that The Situation’s annual income is around the $5 million range. {Via Pop Eater}
Evelyn needs a better agent. She probably doesn’t even have one. Just negotiates on her own behalf and that’s why she is getting short-changed. It seems like with the obscure Black reality stars, they go on these shows and expect to have a career out of it automatically, whereas the others build a publicity team, a marketing team, obtain commercial/talent/theatrical agents, lawyers etc.

OF COURS JERSEY SHORE CAST IS GETTING BROKE OFF! THEIR WHITE! There’s always a different standard for black and white, Kim K. is a business woman Superhead is a ho. Evelyn is a ho Snookie is a reality star, that’s how it works. Look at Charlie Sheen, Hannah Montana, and Lindsey Lohan. White peple can get away with having a bad image and get rewarded for for doing dumb sh!t, black people will always catch the bad end of the stick.
@STEFANY, From having worked with a variety of reality show personalities, it’s night and day. The black ones don’t want to go out and get talent agents and real managers. They leave the work up to their friends, homeboys, cousin and ‘em, etc.
JShore cast has a booking agent-which has led to their financial success, they have a talent agent which has led to additional opportunities outside of the show.
