Eva Longoria looked stunning last night in her dress, she almost slipped on stage when introducing the President of the Foreign Press, but don’t worry she recovered well and looked amazing doing it.
Jennifer Lopez decided to wear two looks less night, one for the red carpet at the Golden Globes, and then a quick change for the Golden Globes Awards After Party.
Halle Berry hit the red carpet for the Golden Globes wearing a little black dress by Nina Ricci, and the inspiration obviously came from the bedroom. This lingerie like piece sealed Halle Berry fate as sex symbol. Although I love the dress on her, I am so use to Halle Berry stealing my breath on way on the red carpet of formal events. Don’t get me wrong, she was still beautiful, and still hot, but the chills I usually get when she’s on the red carpet wasn’t there. However, I can’t stop looking her, either.
BTW, Halle Berry was nominated for BEST PERFORMANCE BY AN ACTRESS IN MOTION PIC for FRANKIE AND ALICE. Natalie Portman won the category for Black Swan.

Some of my favorite sad songs aren’t really old school songs, Jill Scott and Chrisette Michelle are good at making sad love songs, but since this is Old School Friday, and I had to go back in the vaults and think a little. Lionel Richie popped in my head, and I probably played this song before because it’s in one of my favorite movie, The Last American Virgin, but I can’t help it, this song is just sad.
That’s not it, The Last America Virgin also has another sad love song I love, Just Once by Quincy Jones and James Ingram.
Aretha Franklin won’t tell us what the problem was, but she is telling us what the problem wasn’t. According to the singing legend the problem wasn’t pancreatic cancer, or cancer of any sort. All she will say is that she had a severe pain in her side, and doctors resolved the problem.

Well, there was just so many wild things out there and just so many things being said that weren’t true; I just felt I needed to address it a little. The pain was so hard it almost brought me to my knees. I was in Birmingham and then Boston and after that concert the same pain hit me again… I really just began to not feel good and I said, ‘Oh, no this is it, I can’t do any more concerts till I know what the problem is.’
Singer Etta James is suffering from leukemia and dementia while relatives fight over her estate. James is unable to care for herself, and her health has gone down considerably since fighting an addiction to pain pills last year. Please keep the singer in your prayers.Ricky Romance, the brother of Raz-B, decided to apologize to Chris Brown for threatening to kill him if came to LA. Ricky Romance was obviously upset over the twitter beef between his brother, Raz B, and Chris Brown, that he decided a death threat was a suitable reaction to a twitter cat fight. To show that he over reacted Ricky Romance decided to apologize to Chris Brown in a letter that he obviously used a thesaurus or Wiktionary to create. Once the letter is decoded, it seems there are just too many insults in it, to call it an apology. Not sure why TMZ tried to pass it off as such. :~
I just had to know if these words were real, and in fact they are. They’re also used wrong, but at least they exist in some dictionary.
