Ricky Romance, the brother of Raz-B, decided to apologize to Chris Brown for threatening to kill him if came to LA. Ricky Romance was obviously upset over the twitter beef between his brother, Raz B, and Chris Brown, that he decided a death threat was a suitable reaction to a twitter cat fight. To show that he over reacted Ricky Romance decided to apologize to Chris Brown in a letter that he obviously used a thesaurus or Wiktionary to create.  Once the letter is decoded, it seems there are just too many insults in it, to call it an apology. Not sure why TMZ tried to pass it off as such. :~

I just had to know if these words were real, and in fact they are. They’re also used wrong, but at least they exist in some dictionary.

I would like to extend my most sincere apologies to the elderly and youth of our nation for my sudden acrasial [ill-tempered] message of violence towards other individuals of unimportance.
