I love to see couples happy, and Kimora Lee and her husband (?) Djimon Hounsou were spotted looking very much in love at the premiere of The Fighter and The Tempest and the after parties. Now that I think of it, it’s the first time I’ve seen Kimora Lee out in public without a child attached to her limbs. Mama is probably happy to have so free time with the man she loves. Beautiful couple!

Halle Berry was spotted looking fierce as she attended The Hollywood Reporter’s annual Power 100 Women in Entertainment awards reception. The Crystal Ballroom of The Beverly Hills Hotel was star-studded with some of Hollywood’s most powerful women who attended the champagne reception and breakfast. Presented by Lifetime for the 19th year in a row, the event centered around the idea of inspiration, empowerment and leadership amongst women.
Entertainment Tonight praised the Women in Entertainment Mentoring Program, which pairs the Power 100 with 12 young mentees from broken homes who were given the opportunity to work side-by-side with some of the most powerful women in Hollywood.
Halle Berry presented the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award award-one that she received last year- to Dame Helen Mirren.

This brave woman who had to suffer public humiliation in her last years due to her husband’s lies and infidelity, decided to cut all treatment weeks ago after learning the cancer had spread to her liver. Kim Kardashian has supposedly broken up with Gabriel Aubry and is now dating Kris Humphries of the Nets (that was fast). This rumor may or may not be true, because the girl has been linked to almost every athlete and entertainer since breaking up with Reggie Bush. I think Kim Kardashian is just having some media fun, and when she’s ready to settle down, she will. We will grow tired of trying to figure out who she’s dating or not dating, but word on the streets says Kris Humphries is the man of the hour, and Gabriel Aubry is now past tense. We just have to see about that…
I have to say that I am disappointed in President Obama, and I have defended his every move until now. I can no longer take this compromising crap of a tax deal. Truth is he didn’t fight, he didn’t play his ace card, and he didn’t call the Republican’s bluff. It was his plan to appease the richest members of our society all along. They received $3.3 trillion dollars in loans and bailouts, plus a decrease in taxes, which lead to the deficit, and they are not even creating the jobs while having record profits. So what makes him think they will start creating jobs now. If the tax cuts worked why are we in a recession in the first place, why do we have 9.8% unemployment, and why are we suffering from a record deficit? If President can’t stand up for his own principles and the platform of the party that elected him, then why should we vote for him again…because he’s black???
