Alicia Keys was also on 106 & Park to raise awareness for the new Digital Death campaign, where celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Usher vow to stay off twitter and Facebook (i.e. digital death) until a million dollars has been raised to save their digital lives. El Debarge Promotes Second Chance Album In NYC
I am such a huge El Debarge fan, and my Old School Friday friends already know this. I am so proud that El Debarge has cleaned up his act and is now working on his music again. Yesterday, El Debarge was spotted in NYC in full promo mode for his latest album, Second Chance. El hit up J&R Music for an in-store autograph signing, and later that evening performed at the Highline Ballroom.

Poor Brandy, she just can’t find a good man. In a recent interview for DWTS, Brandy was quoted as saying she’s been abstinent from sex for six years. Well Joy Behar addressed Brandy’s celibacy last night as well as Brandy’s dating life. Brandy also admitted that she hasn’t been in a relationship in long time. I guess she’s ignoring that Flo-Rida thing on season one of Brandy & Ray J: A Family Affair. Anyway, Joy Behar is going to help Brandy find a new man. What celebrity would be a good match for Brandy?

Chris Brown Gets Three Grammy Nominations…Congrats Team Breezy!
Chris Brown had a bad year last year with album sales, but as far as accolades his talent is recognized. He won best male R&B artist at the American Music Awards over Trey Songz and Usher, and because of no show policy his award was reassigned to the second place winner, Usher.
Well the nominations are in for the 53rd Grammy Awards and your boy Chris Brown was nominated for three awards, Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals (Take My Time with Tank); Best Contemporary R&B Album (Graffiti); and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration (Deuces ft. Tyga and Kevin McCall). Also in the category of Best Rap/Sung Collaboration is Rihanna and Eminem for The Way You Lie. Talk about akward…Now you know, the camera will be all up in Chris Brown and Rihanna’s face when the winners are announced, just waiting for a reaction.
