The Game Pays All Cast Member The Same Salary
On the radio this morning, Gary with Da Tea, was talking about the pay scale controversy surrounding cast mates on the TV show, The Game. Yesterday reports hit the internet that Brittany Daniel, the only white cast member, was being paid twice as much as the other cast members, including veteran actress Wendy Raquel Robinson. So naturally this sparked some racial controversy, the only problem, the rumors were not true according to BET:
The recent report regarding certain members of the cast of “The Game” being disproportionally paid by BET is completely false. As a matter of policy, BET does not engage in public discussions about salaries or similar private matters with its artists. However, out of our deep respect and appreciation for the talent and hard work of the entire cast and crew of “The Game,” we cannot allow such inaccurate reports to go uncorrected. To be clear, there is no disparity in salaries among the cast of “The Game.” We continue to look forward to bringing new episodes to the loyal fans of this series on 1/11/11.
Anyway The Game is set to premiere Tuesday, January, 11, 2011 on BET. I will definitely be watching on twitter, so please join me. I’m so excited!

The internet is buzzing because Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Drake, Bow Wow, Mack Maine, and Birdman were all at the Miami Heat game. Shouldn’t they all be at the game together, five out of six of these cats are part of Young Money one way or another, and Chris Brown may be on his way there. I think it’s cool that Lil Wayne is spending time with his folks. Nice photo opt…

Gabrielle Union just looks fresh and airy in a lil blue dress at the 12th Annual Children Uniting Nations Day of the Child at Star Eco Station in Culver City, CA. Children Uniting Nations is a non-profit organization who’s goal is to, “reach as many children in out-of-home care by offering role-model support, guidance, a sense of community and promoting the importance of an education.”
Many celebs like Gabrielle Union, Ron Artest, Reggie Miller, and Forrest Whitaker came out to support the event. Many random celebs who have been missing in action were there too, Silk the Shocker and Heavy D (like for real where have they been).

The beginning of this year, I felt like every other post was about Amber Rose, and now after the break-up with celebrity boyfriend Kanye West, it’s getting harder and harder to find pictures of Amber Rose. I like her! She’s still hot (IMO) and reminds me of the Legend of Billie Jean, and I love that movie. So anyway her star is still shinning in my book, and here are pics of Amber Rose with the 400 Club at Mansion in Miami. Does it matter if you like Rihanna’s music or not, probably not because baby girl has nine number ones under her belt. She is the most popular female singer at this point, having the most #1 pop hits since 2005 when Billbaord started using surveys to contribute to the Hot 100 data. Just to clarify Rihanna has the most #1 since 2005. The most #1 hits by a single female artist is Mariah Carey with 18, three more #1 hits and Mariah will take out the Beatles for the most #1 ever.
