So Bishop Eddie Long Is Now Facing Charges From A Third Victim

This does not look good for Bishop Eddie Long, a third accuser has come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct and sexual coercion. Jamal Parris (23) has a similar story to that of Anthony Flagg (21) and Maurice Robinson (20). Parris was employed by the church as a Spiritual Son which lead to more individual time alone with Bishop Eddie Long.

Check out what Jamal Parris had to say in his lawsuit, if more victims come forward Bishop Eddie Long may be in a lot of trouble, especially if the victims are under age. If this is a shake down, may the God deal with the accusers accordingly. I do wonder why they’re filing a civil lawsuit instead of criminal charges, surely the statue of limitations on molestation hasn’t run out. If these allegations are true, he’s need to be in jail, too. This is all one big mess…

So Bishop Eddie Long Is Accused Of “Coercing” Young Men Sexually

These are some serious allegations, and before I go in, I will wait to see how this story plays out. Bishop Eddie Long, the pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in ATL, is accused of sexual impropriety with two male church members. A lawsuit has been filed Tuesday in DeKalb County by two members of the church, Anthony Flagg and Maurice Robinson. According to the plaintiff, the two young men claim they were involved in sexual acts with the pastor four years ago when they were 17 and 18. Here’s the response to the allegations from the Bishop’s attorney:

Pastor Eddie Long “categorically and adamantly denies these allegations,” said spokesman Art Franklin. “There’s been a lot of chatter since yesterday, but these complaints that have been filed are definitely without merit. This is actually… a case of retaliation and a shakedown for money by men with some serious credibility issues trying to mount their own defense. This is something that went from 48 hours of contact with the attorney flinging outrageous demands to this dog-and-pony show we are seeing.
