By now, most of you have read or heard about Dr. Laura losing her mind last week on her radio show and repeatedly saying the word n#*ger to a black female caller who wanted advice on her biracial family. There has been a lot of angry responses and Dr. Laura said she will be leaving the show once her contract ends this year. Now, we’ve got the oh-so-eloquent and intelligent Sarah Palin tweeting her support of Dr. Laura. Palin tweets to Dr. Laura:
Dr.Laura:don’t retreat…reload! (Steps aside bc her 1st Amend.rights ceased 2exist thx 2activists trying 2silence”isn’t American,not fair”)…..Dr.Laura=even more powerful & effective w/out the shackles, so watch out Constitutional obstructionists. And b thankful 4 her voice,America!
Can anyone tell me how Dr. Laura’s First Amendment rights were even violated? You can say whatever you want in America, but people can criticize and respond (with words) HOWEVER they want as well. Dr. Laura’s audience and every other American has First Amendment rights too. Dr. Laura knew what response she would get if she said the “N” word repeatedly. Maybe she wanted to end her career in a dramatic way. Mission accomplished.

At this point, I think Fantasia and Antwun Cook need to plead the fifth and just be silent *in my Jill Scott voice*. The more they talk the more publicity they’re generating. According to People.com (mainstream media), Antwun Cook is defending Fantasia against allegations that she broke up his marriage.
He knew Fantasia Barrino but the failure of his marriage can in no way be blamed on anyone except the two people that were a part of the union – Paula and Antwaun.
But wait there’s more. Although Paula Cook listed their separation date in court papers as June 16, 2010, Antwun’s statement to the press suggests their separation date was the Summer of 2009– a year ago. Yesterday rumors hit the net that Usher and Chris Brown were going on tour together. Although that would be a great concert tour, reps from both camps are pumping the breaks on the rumors for now. According to Usher reps, “There are no plans at this time for Usher and Chris Brown to tour together.” 
Just in case we didn’t get the memo, Chris Brown reps confirms, “There is no confirmed Chris Brown and Usher tour at this time.” {Source}
I sure hope they change their minds. I can pretend I’m buying tickets for Usher, while secretly watching Chris Brown. #cougars

Jennifer Hudson and her soon to be husband, David Otunga celebrated baby David’s first birthday. David, who is a wrestler and apparently a singer, too, made an appearance on the George Lopez show. While on the show, he performed “I Am Telling You” by Jennifer Hudson for a special WWE Karaoke contest. After his rendition of the popular song, he shared a few pictures of Baby David.

I did not want to express my true feelings about Fantasia and Antwun Cook while she was in the hospital recovering from an attempted “suicide”, but now that she has TV cameras all in the mix, recording her experience; I guess it’s open-season. I’ve just received an e-mail from Radar Online suggesting, Fantasia overdosed on sleeping pills not because of the law suit filed by Paula Cook, Antwun’s wife, but because she wants Antwun to choose her over his wife. The reason she met with him one day after her suicide attempt was not to end things, but to secure her future with Antwun, while filming it all for her reality series. Fantasia knew Antwun was a married man with kids, don’t let her try to re-write the script, or blame Antwun or his wife. She can cover up the tattoo all she wants, but that won’t make this picture go away.
