I’m glad that Fantasia hasn’t gone into hiding after her suicide attempt several weeks ago. She’s getting on the ball and moving forward. Check out photos of Fantasia at her album release party last night at Rain Nightclub in Las Vegas.
Rumors are going around that Serena Williams may have gotten a nose job. Serena Williams pulled out of the U.S. Open last week to recover from a surgery related to a foot injury. According to People.com, “Williams was reportedly hurt by a broken glass at a restaurant while she was in Munich – shortly after winning her fourth Wimbledon singles title last month, and had “surgery” on July 15.” I guess people are question what surgery or surgeries actually took place.
Hmmm, I don’t think it is overly obvious. You know folks are really good with make-up these days. What do you think? Has the pressure of hanging out with Kim Kardashian finally gotten to Serena? Here are two more pics of Serena Williams without the movie make-up at Louis Vuitton Santa Monica, CA.

Chris Brown is officially making a comeback since his “incident” with Rihanna. Not only is Brown’s new movie Takers in the movie theaters, his song Deuces have climbed to #2 on R& Bcharts and he is apparently doing a great job on probation. Brown attended his 4th court hearing yesterday and Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg had the following to say to Chris Brown about his progress:
You’re doing very well on probation. You’re doing a great job.
…
Brown has logged almost 300 hours of community service (of his 6 month sentence) and he’s gotten positive reports from the domestic violence counseling program that he’s attending.
I’m really happy for him. Everyone falls, but it’s good to know they can also pick themselves up. It has not been an easy road for Chris Brown the last year and a half, but he seems eager to clean his image up and to change himself. What do you think? Do you think Chris Brown can make a complete comeback?
During an interview with MTV, Swizz Beatz had a few kind words to say about his Super Star wife, Alicia Keys. He talks openly about being in “love” with the pop singer, and how finding real love has changed him into “a better person”.
Check out what Swizzy had to say about loving Alicia Keys when you continue reading…
Amy Winehouse was outside of the Bull & Gat Pub in London looking sexy; I mean trying to look sexy. Words have escaped me, and I have to keep reminding myself that Amy Winehouse has issues, and it’s not right to exploit an addict. BUT, when I saw the faces, I just had to share it with you…
I can’t…Moving on! Serena Williams was killing the red carpet in her feline mini dress at Pranna Bar & Lounge in New York. Serena made the cover of Niche Media’s Hamptons Magazine, and was in the NYC to celebrate. Check out Serena Williams striking her vixen pose when you continue…
Not sure why exactly, but cutie pie Angela Simmons tweeted pics of herself taking a late night stroll (and what seems to be an impromptu photo shoot) on the beach. Wonder who’s taking the pictures. Bow Wow, perhaps?
Meet Nadja Benaissa, former singer of the German girl band No Angels. Benaissa was found guilty for knowingly having unprotected sex with several men and then infecting one of her partners. Benaissa was lucky that she was being tried in Europe, because she got no jail time and received a 2-year suspended prison sentence and 300 hours of community service. Boy, if this has happened in the states, she would’ve been locked up instantly.
Benaissa said that she was afraid to tell people she had H.I.V. and that she was sincerely sorry:
I’m sorry from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could turn back time and make everything undone. But I know that he will never forgive me.
Ummm, boo, you’re right, he will probably never forgive you since you gave him a degenerative disease which could’ve been prevented.
In any case, the Prosecuting Attorney thought that the sentence was appropriate. He said:
We have to remember that she was a lot younger than she is now, she had a turbulent life and the acts were committed a long time ago. I think a suspended sentence is justified.
What do you all think?
