I thought everyone kissed and made up, but you never know what’s going on behind the scenes. It was very cute of Chilli and Usher to talk about their relationship on Vh1 Behind the Music, a little too cute. Why didn’t Tameka Raymond tell her side of the story, I think it needs to be told. Well, the answer can be found in Tameka Raymond’s tweets; she declined.
I do not want to go down this road again, so I will keep my opinions out of it, and just tell you what happened. After the show aired, people started hitting Tameka Raymond with some negative tweets. Tameka Raymond responded with a few words of her own regarding Chilli‘s appearance on Behind the Music:
I hv no reason 2 be jealous or bitter I have “what she wants”. Be clear abt this. I DECLINED 2 speak yet she was so anxious to. Go figure.”
Honestly, I wish people will stop hitting up Tameka Raymond and other celebs with sideways comments about their relationships. Anyway, when someone asked Tameka via twitter why was she going off, her response was simple:
Why are you asking me about what MY fingers decide to tweet about? Ask yourself that?”
There is more, she also tweets about Chilli’s delusion regarding her relationship with Usher.
So has 250 other GIRLfriends, of his..they all were inportant and he “loved” them all. she’s delusional and doesn’t matter, I don’t care about her.
She is a child that is not even on my radar
Tameka said Chilli was a “GIRL” friend, not a wife. Boop!

Well Tameka, Chilli wasn’t the only one on the show talking! Usher spoke very highly of her and their past relationship and his mother even chimed in about her (wish I could say the same for you) nobody cares about those 250 other girlfriends you claim he had. And I’m pretty sure Chilli doesn’t want what you have now because you and Usher are divorced!

It’s not like Usher disrespected Tameka or anything. I realized Tameka was irrelevant after Usher said he was willing to marry Chilli “but she said NO”…so after that Tameka was just the girl willing to give him a lifestyle that Chilli didn’t want at that time in her life. If that NO was a YES, she would have been his wife…

I am cool with the idea of Tameka I do think that she got negative end of the stick when it comes to marrying Usher. I also think that she just got back her karma for leaving her already existing family for the new family that she so wanted to have with Usher. Now he treats her as a distance memory as if she was a pass girlfriend.

Tameeka is like that girl you see around the way (people consider to be unattractive it can be either a male/female) and they snag the finest girl/guy and people say to themselves how in the hell did she/he do that? She wasn’t the type of woman people expected him to be with. Which was the problem, had she stayed in the background like the “new” woman is doing then she would have been a distant memory and people would have forgot he was married.
It is obvious that chilli still have feelings and she may want to rekindle what she had with him but she may not want to feel contradictive (she did say she will never get back with him) Chilli it is okay!@times we say things we really do not mean when angry. His mother would welcome you back with open arms.
@ his mother I say this all the time to my friends when dealing with a person if the mother doesn’t care for you it is because in her mind she has an idea of WHO she wants her son to be with and it is not you. If he doesn’t have a backbone expect problems.
Hense his mother saying if you don’t listen to me I will not be his manager while he was married and she did it again while he is with his current situation ( I remember reading) but this time his record still sold..(shrugs shoulder)
No one knows the situation regarding tameeka marriage to her ex-husband he has yet to speak on the situation and may never will at this point that is just hearsay.

I enjoy your comments. I don’t have as many comments as some of the other blogs, but I read everyone of them. You always give me great feedback, and spark great conversation, even if we don’t agree.
In this particular case I agree with everything you said. Except I think Tameka is cute. I think the problem is that when people see Usher with Tameka, women think they actually had a chance. She’s not exceptional, she’s an ordinary chick. But people expect him to be with someone spectacular, or like you said at least quiet.

Dare I say it, I like Tameka *ducks*…I disagree wit ppl making her out to be the “lucky ugly chick” – to me she’s the “lucky average chick”. Who knows the real reason they got married? When people get divorced so quickly, I have to ask- What did it really mean? What did they really mean to each other? First, let me say I enjoy your site.I don’t think the issue with Tameka and anyone is the way she looks.It’s the way she went about things.A married mother of three leaves her husband and children to be with Usher. Who is in a relationship with Chilli.She convinces him to fire his Mom on Mother’s Day(cold and caculated).She causes drama at his video shoots and demands he fire most of his team all because of her insecurity.She is a beautiful woman but I don’t think she felt worthy of him. Probably because of her age and the way their relation came about!

I love the show with Chilli and Usher discussing their relationship. We were waiting for that for so long and we finally got it and it was a beautiful thing. Chilli carries herself very well. She is very beautiful. Chilli do not try hard at being beautiful because its natural. I really hope Usher and Chilli reunite. Tameka needs to focus on all five of her sons and not just Usher’s two. I do believe that Usher and Chilli are back together just keeping it on the low low.
