UPDATE: TMZ has just confirmed the rumors are true, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have split!

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have split, TMZ has confirmed, and she went to a divorce lawyer three weeks ago to find out about a custody arrangement … but nothing long-term was agreed upon and no financial settlement has been struck.  Halle and Gabriel worked out a “very short-term custody arrangement,” a very connected source tells TMZ.  But when they worked out the arrangement they had not split, though they were clearly having problems. {Read More}

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry has reportedly called it quits. It’s almost gotten to the point that you can’t believe any relationship rumors until they are confirmed, so I’ll wait for Halle’s publicist to confirm.  According to Radar Online, the two have decided to part ways after a five year relationship that resulted in a child together, Nahla.
