Corey Haim (38) died today of an overdose of prescription and illicit drugs, according to TMZ. Corey Haim collasped in his mother’s apartment, and four bottles of prescription drugs were found near his body, and other illegal drugs were also discovered at the scene.
For those of you who don’t know Corey Haim, he was one of the biggest teen stars during the 80′s, and starred in one of my favorite movies to date, Lucas. He often co-starred in movies with the other Corey, Corey Feldman. Corey Haim and Corey Feldman were significant part of the 80′s pop-culture films, and at the time were inseparable. Corey Haim also starred in the cult classic, Lost Boys. Gone, but certainly not forgotten.
