UPDATE: Felisha Terrell’s lawyer confirms abuse, and excuses Matt Kemp of lying about the abuse:
The temporary restraining order was granted because of an actual and real threat. The matter was quietly resolved until Mr. Kemp’s agent began making false public statements. My hope is that Ms. Terrell tells her story, because it is a compelling tale of betrayal, abuse and survival.
Yesterday, Matt Kemp’s people tried to do some damage control by releasing statements that Matt was not a violent man, he even got his ex-girlfriend, Felisha Terrell to release a statement, too. Well Rihanna Daily and The YBF wants you to know what the original documents alleged. See the restraining orders for yourself. Felisha Terrell expressed fear of Matt Kemp several times, and now she says they’re great friends.

Sounds like she canceled the restraining order because she had no other place to go, at least that’s what she claims in court document.
Felicia Terrell never alleged actual physical violence, but stated that he was verbally abusive, calling her names, stalking, and intimidating her, as well as kicking her out their apartment with no other place to go. In addition, she claims that he becomes worst when alcohol is in the picture:

I dont know how much of it is true but regardless she wouldnt say he changed the locks and locked her out if he didn’t. I know men like this, he sounds like an asshole. Rihanna better watch out – because although he may seem fun and charming now. Just wait until he is no longer happy. He will do anything to bring her down and she has a lot more to lose than him. We live in a society where we turn a blind I to the bad behaviour of our celebrities. Rihanna is not perfect but I think there are some underlining issues that cause her to set her standards so low. Enjoy your life – you have a flourishing career and people who truly care about you take the time to heal.
