If this is the route Kelis is taking to maintain her uniqueness and style, then I believe she’s won. I don’t know what happened since the baby and the divorce filings against husband Nas, but I’m thinking she has lost something. If her goal is to prevent them young cats from her jacking her style, then I believe she has won this battle, and if she keeps dressing like this, I think she may have won the war, as well.
So is this pressing the fashion envelope, or is this just hot mess? Too each his own, but don’t expect me not to have an opinion. In all fairness to Kelis, this outfit is what sh wore to the Data Awards, so maybe that explains it. I hope!

Aaaw I feel sorry for Kelis but she looks like a big back of foolery to me.
I do like her though but have you seen the video footage of her performing ‘Milkshake’ it was heart wrenching to watch…

@MaddaPeppa…I watched her performance via live stream…it was so horrible and the outfit gets a big fat sit your ass down you clown side eye from me! Kelis is so confused right now and her time is up @ the age of 30 she should have more direction in her career!
