UPDATE: Kelly just may get her chance to shine. She has a six month window while Beyonce is on her break. According to Beyonce, she’s ready to take a little hiatus and allow someone else to have a a small window of opportunity to be great:
It’s definitely time to take a break, to recharge my batteries. I’d like to take about six months and not go into the studio. I need to just live life, to be inspired by things again. I’m going to do random things. I want to go to restaurants, maybe take a class and see some movies and Broadway shows.
Well according to my “sources” (I like saying that). Matthew Knowles was a factor in the estrange relationship between Kelly Rowland, but the real culprit was Jay-Z. Once married, Beyonce’s life became centered around her husband, Jay-Z, and her career– leaving little room for ex-group members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, as well as family.
I’m was also told Kelly Rowland’s loyalty was to Beyonce first, and that’s why she put up with Papa Knowles for as long as she did. Once her relationship with Beyonce grew distance, Kelly Rowland finally worked up the nerves to fire her management team lead by Matthew Knowles. Kelly felt Mr. Knowles did not have her best interest in mind, although she was very loyal and faithful to the Knowles family.
Last, but not least. I was told Kelly Rowland is really hurt by the situation (breaks my heart) but will never say anything negative regarding the Knowles family publicly, even with the pending law suits, divorce, and paternity suit. Through it all she still considers them family. But don’t worry, she has found a home in UK, and feels more than respected as an artist. 2010 will be her year to shine on her own two feet with full creative control.
BTW, Kelly Rowland did a photo shoot with famed photographer Derek Blanks (pictured above), and we are patiently awaiting the reveal, as well as her new album.

Well, this chick’s career as already been better post-Matthew. She’s had a world wide smash single with “When Love Takes Over” and was host of the fashion show. She’s been performing her ass off and make TONS OF $$$; Michelle just announced that she parted ways w/ Matthew too!

Tis a sad situation but I’m rooting for Kelly. Although I can’t help wondering if she’s incredibly loyal, as suggested, or simply smart (scared, even?) enough not to fall on the bad sides of a few powerful people in the business. Whatever the case, I wish her all the best. Hopefully all parties involved can work it out peacefully.

I don’t think Beyonce was te reason Kelly’s career didn’t take off as an solo artist. If you listen to her music, it really wasn’t anything spectacular. Maybe Papa Knowles did put Beyonce first, but you have to keep in mind Beyonce’s music was better and people aren’t going to buy mediocore anything. Sorry, but it’s the truth.

Have anybody thought to ask why did mathew knowles get devorce and who the woman was he devorced befor getting married a 2nd time to his present wife who’s beyonces mom and did he father kelly from his first wife because its clear that there’s somthing special about kelly cause from start to finish of destinys childs career she the only one who’s been there and her and beyonce may be aware that their step sisteres so that’s why they was so close and she look just like him just put him and her side to side and you can see it so that’s why she delt with years of mistreatment cause any singer in their right mind would have left from the moment they saw that their producer was not promoting them properly and it was costing them tons of money so just dig deeper and you’ll find out the truth
