If this picture doesn’t move you to help, then you can just skip this post and move on to the meaningless because this is for people who care about people. This is about humanity. Do The Right Thing, it’s so easy!
Haiti, a country riddled with poverty that mothers have to sell their children into servitude in exchange for their kid’s education and well being, was hit last night by a 7.0 earthquake. I found out last night during a PTA meeting because my neighbor Brandi, works for an eye doctor who makes a charity trip to Haiti every year. He and the staff were in the hospital that collapsed, and she was worried about their well being.
Once I got home and turned on the news, I saw the toll that this storm has taken on the island and the people. A hospital collapsed, which mean there’s even less help for those injured. As we speak they stacking bodies on the sides of the road in search of survivors.
Here’s how you can help and it’s so simple:
1) Donate through Wyclef Jean’s foundation, Yele Haiti. Text “Yele” to 501501 and $5 will be charged to your phone bill and given to relief projects through the organization.
2) By texting “HAITI” to “90999″ a donation of $10 will be made to the Red Cross and charged to your cell phone bill.
3) Doctors Without Borders is on the ground and has set up clinics to treat injured in Haiti. Donate any amount so they can keep their efforts going.
4) Ben Stiller’s Stillerstrong campaign will be temporarily diverting all donations to support the Haiti relief effort.
5) UNICEF has issued a statement that “Children are always the most vulnerable population in any natural disaster, and UNICEF is there for them.” UNICEF requests donations for relief for children in Haiti via their Haiti Earthquake Fund. You can also call 1-800-4UNICEF.
I can’t take credit for this post, That Grape Juice, just tweeted pictures of Rihanna looking beautiful in W Magazine. This works for me; a nice editorial that’s elegant and classy. I like this side of Rihanna a lot more that the Hard side. I also see the same subliminal poses as the album cover (only a few of you will know what I’m talking about). Beautiful!

I’m glad I didn’t talk to people, because I was able to deal with things in my own way, without saying the wrong things or giving people the wrong impression.
When I was making this album, every day I was in a different mood. Sometimes I was pissed off, sometimes I was miserable, and every song brings out a different story. It’s still hard to listen to certain songs, certain ones I couldn’t even record.
Violence should of course be avoided at any cost, but Saturday Night Live is a show that finds humor in every serious situation, so it wasn’t offensive to me in any way
When you have to talk about something so painful, they are going to get too emotional. And that wasn’t helping me, because I already felt the same way and I’m looking to not feel like this. I felt like, If I’m going to tell you something and you’re going to have pity for me, then I’m not going to talk to you.
It’s not about Chris, about hurting him or sabotaging his career. I don’t care about that part of it.

Freddy O has all the Atlanta news you need to know, and so while I was reading Elite’s statement to Keyshia Cole, I came across some interesting pictures from a Ludacris and Greg Street party at Club Crucial. The event was held to promote Ludacris new cut, How Low Can you Go. I found the answer to that question and it’s pretty low when it comes to personal standards.
I’m all for being young and having fun, dancing on bars tops, but when I can tell you have kids at home, I start drawing the line. In the pictures below, I see a mother putting her stretchmarks on display to win a How Low Can You Go contest. I’m shocked that a mother would do that, but I’m more shock that a person would put their stretchmarks voluntarily on display for a club full of people. More than 50% of women have stretch marks in one area or another, but how confident are you with putting your stretchmarks on display? Are you this confident???
If you don’t know what I mean then let me explain. Is Katt Williams suffering from a mental disorder like bipolar, and he’s just not taking his meds, or is he a bonafide crackhead?
I can’t keep up with the number of arrest and allegations he’s had withing the past two months, but they include breaking and entering, multiple gun possessions, plus assault. Yes, 5 feet on a good day, Katt Williams has an arrest warrant out for assault charges. That is somehow funny to me because I can’t see Kat Williams assaulting anyone. This sounds like a bogus charge, (I’m just saying, he’s so little and all). TMZ reports:
Two arrest warrants have been issued for comedian Katt Williams after he allegedly punched someone in the face at an Atlanta hotel back in November — and the whole thing was allegedly caught on tape … audio tape.
Arrest warrants for battery and false imprisonment were issued last month for Katt in Fulton County, GA, stemming from an alleged incident at the Four Seasons Hotel the night of November 12.
According to the police report, Merion Powers claims Katt invited him to the hotel to discuss a debt — when Powers sensed trouble was brewing he pressed the record button on his cell phone.
According to the report, “Mr. Williams was on audio recording stating that he did physically strike Mr. Power’s once in the nose” and that Powers’ nose “did show signs of swelling.” Katt was never arrested — but warrants were issued on December 28.
Now … a source connected with Katt claims it went down like this: Powers was attempting to extort the comedian over a musical recording made by Williams, and when Williams told Powers to pound sand, Powers’ pal called the hotel security, security called the cops, but the cops didn’t believe Powers and left without arresting Katt.
WARNING: This post will probably make you mad…How much is too much when it comes to family???
I know people hate when you talk about their family, but enough is enough already. I’m not sure why Keyshia Cole’s sister Elite, needed to speak out when no one outside of her family knows who she is. But, she has a lot to say about Keyshia Cole, who hasn’t said much publicly about Elite. (I posted her statement below in case you just want to skip to it). Any person that brings your star down so that their star can rise, is not family. This guilt trip about family sticking together, is what the ones destroying the family with their destructive behavior use, to guilt you out your serenity and out your money…
Don’t let me get started on Fantasia’s little brother Teeny. I know by now, you’ve seen or heard about her reality. Surprisingly, Fantasia is not the star of the show, it’s her little brother Teeny, who doesn’t have a job or an education but wants to buy a Ferarri. Fantasia supports her brother financially because he manipulates Fantasia into taking care of him. Just sad!
Now back to Keyshia Cole’s sister, Elite. Here is what she wants you to know (via *Yawns* Not sure why she’s upset or what she’s saying exactly. I think she’s just mad her name was mention in Keyshia Cole’s statement. Also “continue reading” to see the dysfunction that is Fantasia’s brother:
