The whole Lee Simmons/Hounsou Klan were spotted in Malibu at the park looking like one big blended beautiful family. Baby Kenzo is one handsome man, and just look at that smile. :0

Beyonce was unable to accept an award last night because she was in Dublin, Ireland, giving the Irish that Houston charm. I will say this, even if you don’t like Beyonce’s music, you can’t deny that she gives her all into her concerts and she was missed last night at the American Music Awards (yawns). Chris Brown was also missed, he’s like the male version of Beyonce. Beyonce and Chris Brown bring the energy, and it was missing last night.
Also, there is a rumor circulating that Chris Brown called Jay-Z a “cornball” via his twitter page. I will defend Chris Brown and say that bloggers can go too far in trying to instigate drama. I mean really, how do you know it was directed at Jay-Z, and if it was, what harm was caused by Chris Brown calling Jay-Z a “cornball”, wasn’t Jay-Z being cheezy (cute as a button) last night when he dissed 50 Cent. Is that suppose to start some Chris Brown beef?
Jay-Z needs to be more concern with why Beanie Sigel is making songs about killing him.
I must say that Rihanna’s performance was visually stimulating, but her singing was not so great, and that’s me trying to be really nice because I want her to do well. I asked the question last night, why are so many people mad at Rihanna when she’s the one that was assaulted, and it seems it has nothing to do with the person Rihanna (very likable), the anger is directed at the voice of Rihanna (not so likable). So I don’t think people look at the Chris Brown assault as a matter of right v.wrong, but as talent versus non-talent. Perhaps if they thought of Rihanna as their own sister, and not a pretty girl without a voice, then maybe they would be a little more sensitive.
Jennifer Lopez performance last night at the AMA is marred by her fall from grace. I don’t know what went wrong, but that one moment defined all of last night’s performance. Once off stage Jennifer Lopez ripped into her dancer, and I can guarantee you he was probably fired, with a capital “F” and a Donald Trump accent. The unemployment total has just increased and there are some dancers for hire out there.
[It started off in this very unflattering outfit, and it just went down hill from there.]
[The set-up was nice]
[It really looks beautiful in picture]
[Uh-oh, what had happened..]

The American Music Awards was a disappointment overall with a few moments of entertainment. The highlight of the show for me was the performance by Whitney Houston, I don’t know if I was just emotional and rooting for her success, or everyone else was so boring that anything from Whitney Houston would have been great. Jennifer Lopez fell, and I’m sure her dancer was fired shortly there after. Mary J Blige performance was solid, and Jay-Z told 50 cents “Men Lie, Women Lie, but numbers don’t lie.” In other words 50 cent was a flop, while Jay-Z is on top of the charts. The majority of performers were old, and not a lot of young or new talent. Perhaps because there isn’t much out there. It would have been nice to see Chris Brown perform and bring some energy to any awards shows this year, he has been missed. Lastly, Rihanna performance was visually on point, but…(I’ll just leave it at that). Janet Jackson was surprisingly thick, but fabulous and beautiful.
