Honestly, if he’s stalling the process, I don’t think it has anything to do with not letting go of Tameka Foster. Freddy O says R Kelly is just a small step above illiterate. While he was chasing school-age girls, he probably should have went to school during the process. The more I learn about R Kelly the more I dislike him. It’s not like the lyrics too his song are above a 3rd grade level. Hopefully now that he has revealed his little secret, he will take a page out of the Fantasia book and go back to school, preferably night school with adults.
