The thing I love about this situation is that it took a liberal to the job. The think I hate about this situation is that it took a man to get it done. With much respect to Hillary Clinton, I do wish she could have negotiated the release of the two journalist, but once Mrs. Clinton saw that Kim Jung Lee had little respect for her as a woman, she sent in a secret weapon, her husband, President Bill Clinton.
With all the talk of patriotism, I’m surprised there was not one conservative who stood up for Laura Ling and Euna Lee, maybe it’s because they didn’t look “American” or maybe it’s because they are so busy trying to find Obama’s achilles heel. No matter what, a liberal once again came to the rescue of our citizens in need.

I was so happy to hear they were released. Sadly sexism is and will always be at the heart of the Asian community. Clinton (Bill) will always be the “REAL” Secretary of State. He will always be the one who if we have issues from a foreign nature that Hillary will send him in. He is Obama’s secret international weapon.
Yes, of course LIBERALS RULE…YAH MON!

This is just wonderful news. Who better to have gone to North Korea to potentially secure the release of those two journalist. Trust that everything goes well, and they are put on that plane when Bill is set to return.

Actually, plenty of republicans vouched for them. They just weren’t in the company of the former Dem VP.
And its also a give and take…you get what you deserve when you mess with North Korea. The same thing happens in China with protesters. (I support the women and anti-China protesters, but seriously…what do you expect!!!)
