People always tell me that I defend Chris Brown, or that I condone his behavior. It’s certainly not true. I am a mother of two sons, and I don’t understand how someone I perceive as a kid can do something so wrong, and my mother instinct kicks in and I just feel for him. What would I do if that was my son, and everything I taught him was thrown out the window in an instant, well Chris Brown’s mother, Joyce Hawkins, speaks out on that very subject:
I just want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you for your continued support. I’m sorry I wasn’t allowed to speak to anyone as this case was on going. I can now say this has been the most painful moment in my entire life, but knowing that you were still standing by Chris side in his time of need made this a little easier for us. Because of all your prayers God brought him through. I just want to say God has never failed me and never will. All moms and dads please stand by your children and pray for their goodness each and everyday. Chris and I love you so much, as the tears fall from my eyes and the pain lingers in my heart I still say thank you God, thank you thank you almighty God. If any of you wonder why I continue to speak of God it’s because I know no other way. I made a promise to him I would never be ashamed of him no matter where I am or who I talk to. You see this whole thing isn’t about Chris it’s about God. He wants to show all of you the goodness of him through Chris. Chris will be addressing all of his fans very soon. We love you so much and so does God.
According to E! Online, Chirs Brown sat down with Larry King on Wednesday for an interview, where no questions were off limits. The episode of is scheduled to air next week, and will probably be one of the highest rated episodes in a while. All I ever wanted to know is what he has to say about that night:
Apparently the disgraced R&B star still had something to say, because he sat down with Larry King on Wednesday at CNN’s Hollywood headquarters for his first interview since his Feb. 8 arrest for assaulting his ex, E! News has learned exclusively.
And it was a no-holds-barred chat during which Brown answered every question put to him, according to our source. We assume some of King’s inquiries pertained to the 20-year-old’s probation report, which indicated that he got rough with Rihanna more than once over the course of their stormy relationship.
The insider tells E! that the interview will air sometime next week on Larry King Live. A network rep could not immediately be reached for comment.
While Chris Breezy, appropriately named, was sitting down with Larry King, Rihanna was spotted chilling at Da Silvano in Manhattan. She has really been taking it back to the 80′s & 90′s, and I love her style whether it’s original or not; she owns it.

It’s true that no man should lay a hand on a woman… but women just can’t go around provoking guys to hit them… they are both at fault, but at least Chris is dealing with his.. Ri-Ri just chillin as usual.. love her style, but her attitude seems to stink even more now!
