There is no way you would get the the full 3-D profile of his lip at that angle. Someone merged 2 different pictures, or changed his lips to make them poke out more.

I just can’t understand that pink area in the middle. I think they moved him closer to Amber’s cheek, instead of her ear.

To me it looks like he is telling her something and somebody snapped the picture right when he was saying the word “YOU” maybe. Definitely NOT a kiss
