The answer according to Chris Brown reps is, “No”, but the two were at the same hotel (Trump International Hotel & Tower) at the same time for two days, but they did not see each other. According to NYPost the two were having a secret rendez-vous, but the story was later retracted:

Just days after Chris Brown publicly apologized for his February beating of then-girlfriend Rihanna, the two spent the weekend at the same luxury Midtown hotel under a cloak of secrecy, The Post has learned.
The pretty “Umbrella” singer and “Run It” crooner — who is barred from seeing his former squeeze by a restraining order issued in Los Angeles — checked into separate rooms at the Trump International Hotel & Tower on Friday, hotel sources said.
They spent the next two days coming and going in separate chauffeured vehicles from the underground garage of the 52-story Columbus Circle building.
And today, NYPost has made it clear that the two were not together, and in fact Chris Brown checked out early in fear of violating his probation:
Brown, under court order to avoid his ex-gal pal, checked out less than two days after both singers ended up in separate rooms of the Trump International Hotel & Tower on Columbus Circle. He split because of the paparazzi stalking the building, a source told The Post.
Rihanna’s rep confirmed the pretty songstress and Brown were at the same hotel, but insisted they never saw each other.
“It was just a coincidence. She has stayed there before,” said publicist Amanda Silverman, adding that her client had no worries about Brown being in the same hotel.
