This theme was hard, and I probably changed it at least three times. But, I think my vote goes to Stevie Wonder. I don’t know of any other artist who’s voice is imitated, and who’s body of work is re-made and sampled as much, next to the Beatles. I chose Stevie not because he has the best voice, but because he’s a true musician, he reads, writes, compose, and performs. He’s wrote love songs, political songs, dance songs, and you name it. He has duets with other greats, and on top of that, he’s blind… He’s not my favorite, but he is probably the greatest by all standards…

Stevie is just a wonder (I couldn’t resist). Stevie does it all musically. He’s talent, skills, and legend can’t be ignored. Great choice.
Happy OSF

Stevie is truly classic and timeless. And he is still here after all these years. I was in tears when the Obama’s talked about dancing to his music. A whole lotta people fell in love (and made babies!) to Stevie’s voice and piano playing!
Great pick. Happy OSF!
