For months rumors have circulated that Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz were secretly dating and was the reason for Swizz’s split from wife Mashonda.
Mashonda even spoke out about the couple’s separation and blamed Keys as the home-wrecker who stole her husband.
Now, photos have surfaced suggesting that the rumors may be true after all.
The alleged couple traveled to Miami for a party hosted by Market America’s JR Ridinger. They partied with friends and family and seemed to have enjoyed themselves.
I can’t call this one guys. There is nothing is these pictures that suggests that they are truly a couple. And as for the home wrecking allegations, If he and Mashonda were already separated when he and Alicia hooked up, then it can’t be called an affair, even if they were still legally married.
I guess this is a case of he said, she said. What do you guys think?

Yeah, these photos can’t really solidify much of anything since their being at the same place at the same time could be coincidental and I would hate to think that Alicia is some type of homewreckin’ type chick.

No offense.. but you are really retarded if you don’t see these pics of them as a couple. One, she doesn’t hang out with many celebs in the first place so the mere fact that he is there while she is recording with Alejandro says volumes. Two, if you had a Twitter account and saw his Kyte video (Swizz) where he was riding in a car and HER HAND was stroking his ear, that’s more proof. Also, you’ll note back in 2008 she threw him a party in which HER BAND was photographed (although she demanded photos to not be taken of her) that’s also proof… and Swizz also references this in lyrics that he had on a remix to a song… which if you go to SOHH.com or Necole Bitchie.com those lyrics are on display. Nevermind the fact, lol that as a had-been Alicia Keys stan I remember back in late 2007/early 2008 when she debuted the video for LYNSMA… she did a favorite video countdown.. her top five. And IN that list was a video by Swizz Beatz which was a subtle shout-out to him b/c the rest of her line-up was exactly what kind of music you would expect Keys to listen to… Conscience, neo-soul… Not “Take A Picture” by Swizz Beatz who has no lyrical depth. They have been effing forever, and yes she did begin messing with him before he was split from his wife. Call a spade a spade. Does it make her a bad person? No… but she did lose my respect!

I am so desappointment with Alicia’s behaviour taking another woman’s man especially that she breaks her marriage,when you look at Alicia she seems like a decent lady but she must bear in mind one thing that what goes around comes around, i’m wondering how long will it last before he find another beautiful girl any way it’s non of my business.

Relationships are complicated. I’ve heard both sides – I personally think that Alicia Keys would not have involved herself with a married man had there not been an indication that the marriage was clearly over. Marriages usually take a long time to finalize through the busy court system so chances are Swizz was long separated from Mashonda. She is probably just very bitter because he is clearly in love with Ms.Keys – arguably the most talented female RnB singer of this generation. All the best to the couple and Swizz should consider himself extremely lucky to have landed such a treasure.

its a shame when women stand by these guys who dog women.
but sadly these women lack something themselves so they band with these type of men for want of feeling better with themselves.
when a man has a woman dont matter what condition they tell you the quality of that relationship is in. be a woman think like areal woman, and turn away.there are so many others around. do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
i loved AK music and still do. we listen to the music an assume the individual BUT it goes to show we cant assume AK is a superwoman. SUPERstupid MISTRESS because what goes round sure comes round. one has to choose what comes round. God granted us the ability to make choices. when AK gets her “come uppance” (as my children father termed it)she will cry for all the pain she caused others, the intensity of the pain caused surely will put some value on what she herself will endure.

AK provided an alternative to the man solving his marital situation. if she did not get her nastyminded selfish selfcentred self in there they may have worked out their vows with god and a good counselor. AK played god. No mercy to her when things get stale. enjoy shopping sitting by the pool enjoying each other because its the same thing he did with moshonda b4 he would have proposed. Family are one of the most important groups in society we should seek to nurture them there a family therapist out there working for families as society has recognised the importance of keeping them together. men get away from their roles to easy. one need to fight for family. no matter what their marriage was going through AK should have BACKED OFF once moshonda highlighted they were trying to work things out. men give conflicting stories/messages to the spouse and mistress. the mistress seem a stress free situation so as long as the legs are open they would take the comfort.sorry i mean to say if the doors are open! AND U SHALLOW MINED PPL WHO HAVE NO MORALS and values i guess you have never experience that kind of hurt and betrayal. its not even like a death bcos they are gone you dont have opportunities to the experience of interfacing everyso often.constant digging at your inner peace. you eventually find ways of coping but it is hard.

I would just like to say that as an outsider looking in, and being a fan of all parties… it’s a complicated situation. True, if your husband cheats it is very much his own fault. Regardless of the problems a man and his wife may have, he always has the right to walk away at any time (keeping his dignity and his respect if he is unhappy) without cheating on his wife and vice versa. However, when a woman/man begins a relationship with a married man/woman (sexual or otherwise) a moral wrong has still been committed. For example, let’s say for the sake of this conversation that I meet a man who is going through a divorce, separated, married and unhappy, whatever. I have the choice to respect him, his current family, and myself by laying some ground rules and waiting until things are right/appropriate for all parties involved. Just because something feels good in the moment doesn’t make it right. And even if it’s not completely wrong by your own personal standards… you should always think of others around you and how your actions may affect them. Not because you have to think of others, but because it is the right thing to do. Let me ask all the commenters a question. Regardless of the reason that their marriage was ending, what would the harm have been for Alicia and Swizz to wait until the divorce was final (remembering that regardless of a separation between Swizz and his wife they were still married with the possibilty of reconcile)? True love will always wait & surely there wasn’t fear of him meeting someone else. After all, if Swizz was that anxious that’s a real problem. But on a final note… let’s remember that wrong is wrong and right will always be right and many will continue to believe in that infinite gray area. Nevertheless, don’t lose any respect for anyone based on their personal choices because we’ve all made mistakes in our lives and frankly many of the mistakes made by celebrities or anyone for that matter never come to light. IMO, You cannot respect someone or lose respect for someone that you do not truly know. You can however admire their work and their work and personal life are separate. Keep that in mind for the future as this story is way old anyway :)
