Natalie Cole, 59, is the proud recipient of a kidney. According to her publicist, she is “resting comfortably” at Cedar-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. The daughter of legendary singer Nat King Cole contracted hepatitis C as a result of drug and alcohol abuse during her 20’s. Ms. Cole has been undergoing dialysis 3 times a week, but is now recovering from a donated kidney.
Kelis filed for a divorce from husband Nas, April 30th, and Nas response to the divorce is, “No Alimony”. Kelis is eight months pregnant with her first child (Nas is the presumed father although rumors of infidelity is all over the net). Anyway due to her condition Kelis is unable to work, and do what it is she does. Once agin Nas repsonse is, “No Alimony”. Nas is also seeking joint custody of his son once he’s born, and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t wan to pay child support, either.
