Kim was in so much pain that she solicited advice from fellow tweeters. Well it looks like she has found a remedy for the pain, SPA DAY in Beverly Hills! I think she looks cute au naturalle!

She is definitely looking a lot better than she was the other day and she is obviously gonna make sure she is getting better with some spa treatments. At least she didn’t burn her trademark booty off!
